Very Courteous Staff, wanting to make it a Great Stay!!! The breakfast in the mornings was Wonderful--sausage Gravy was out of this world!!! Had a problem hooking up to the internet, but the front desk person talked me through it--totally MY fault!!!

We were traveling on I-55.Stayed at Quality inn.all Staff were nice.nice clean rooms and very Comfortable beds.Manager Virginia Carr was very Nice and friendly, helpful and good sense of humor. Clean and well kept up. Very quite.and peaceful.we will stay Again on our way beck.

After an awful stay at this location this past November and an UNFULFILLED promise by the hotel's General Manager for additional reward points to offset that experience, I decided to try this location one more time. Upon entering room the first room to which I was assigned, I found the TV on and the bed unmade. I didn't wait around to find out if someone was in the bathroom, but rather left in a hurry. What an awful feeling to find someone unexpected in your room or the appearance of someone on your room! My replacement room (208) is another mess that I'm sitting in now as I write this. Dirty floors, tables, half-painted exterior doors, torn carpeting, a cracked and falling apart vanity, etc. See for yourself in the attached photos that I just took. There are a few photos, bit I reached the data blimey for photos or I would of attached more. I could understand this if the room were rented by the hour or $40/night, but my company is going to shell out $100 for this mess! Hear me now and believe me later, I will never return here again unless there are major changes made. Not only was my last stay a joke, but the General Manager never fulfilled their promise of reward point compensation to me, which in reality was really a bandaid on a bullet hole so to speak, and now this room is terrible. An Owner, Manger, or Employee of this place needs to call Anthony Melchiorri at Hotel Impossible right away and try and salvage what's left of this place! Not even sure he can help, as it just seems from repeat experiences that no one here cares, and if they do, it just doesn't show. Maybe add some electrical outlets too, given that guests need a few in this modern age of electronics? I don't think I've ever been so mad about a room, a waste of $100+, OH wait...I was...the last time I was here. Never again, unless there are major changes made. Doubt it!

Stayed in room 127, a handicapped accessible room. We found the towels to be threadbare and very worn. The desk chair was at its lowest level and could not be raised. I felt like a two-year old sitting at the dining room table while using the desk. Loose toilet seat moved around while being used. The workers at this motel sat on the stairs outside our door to talk and smoke. Nasty smell when entering / exiting the room.

Nice and friendly, helpful and good sense of humor. Clean and well kept up. Very quite.and peaceful. Well located, near shopping and restaurants. plenty of parking.. spaces. breakfast was good, well cooked and tasty. Except for the eggs.

Stayed here on a business trip. Hotel is out dated and although tidy it's apparent there needs to be some updated and maintenance done. The desk clerks were very friendly. I felt it was over priced for the room.

I spent 3 weeks here on business and was very impressed. My room was not brand new, but it was very clean and well appointed. The hotel overall is very clean and well-tended; and the hands-on mgr, Virginia, directs a very helpful and friendly staff. The hot breakfast includes eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy; plus waffles, pastries and the rest. The pool is clean and ready. Close to everything; food, shopping, and I-55, but off the road enough to be quiet. Several food choices and convenience stores within walking distance. New computer and printer in the business center. This hotel is far beyond what you'd expect from the average interstate Quality Inn; for Quality Inn prices. A rare bargain.

I stopped at this place mostly because I had passed up the entrance to the Best Western. I was exhausted and was impressed with the friendly staff, the clean, quiet room and the great comfortable bed. I liked my stay here so much that I planned to stop here on my way back. I am glad I did. It ain't The Ritz but it is fine for the price. And the biscuits and gravy are Fabulous!!

One night stay it was ok close to place to eat The room was nice. The staff at front desk was nice It was easy to fine of the exit 17 we came from Baton Rouge to me family this was a good place clean and Quiet the room was a nice size to we had double beds

I'm less than 2 hours into my stay and I'm writing my review because Room 109 here is really quite terrible. From the bashed up entry door to the dirty carpet to the noisy A/C unit that also appears to have either drywall dust or mold on it to the furniture and bed that seem to have come from a 2nd hand store to the lack of outlets and lighting to the dirty tub mat to lights that aren't plugged in because their are not outlets to the desk that has no outlets by it to the TV that has a crappy non-HF picture to a fridge with rusty racks in it to the antiquated finish of the room to the toiletry tray by the bath sink that was not cleaned to the toilet doesn't flush right to my complete frustration with this hotel's choice to put anyone let alone a Diamond Elite Rewards Member in this room. I haven't even tried the bed or pillows yet bit judging by how the trim is coming off the box spring, I think I'll be disappointed. I don't normally post photos but am going to so that management can see what what anyone that is paying even the least amount of attention to detail would. After mixed feelings 2 our of the 3 times I've been to this hotel, I won't be back and suggest that you research other choices as well. I'm very disappointed that my company will have to pay $100 for this room. It's a shame to charge that amount and offer so little. Perhaps my first Terrible rating in years of travel. There's just no excuses for this.
