Spotless lobby, room, bathroom. Breakfast bar well tended and stocked. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Very impressive example of how good a "value" hotel property can be. I give this my highest recommendation.
My only complaint about the hotel would be that I thought it was a little expensive for a hotel in hot small town of Brookhaven MS. But I guess it's proximity to the interstate is the reason. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was good. All in all, a good hotel.
Was very thankful to find a Hampton hotel that still offered smoking rooms for people who still choose to smoke. The hotel was updated and very nice. The staff was very attentive. It was conveniently located to local business and eating places.
The Hotel was clean, the room was nice and beds were very comfortable, staff was nice. Lobby was great and it had a decent fitness room. I will definitely stay there again when I am visiting in the area. I would most definitely recommend the Brookhaven Hampton Inn to my family and friends.
Comfortable, clean hotel; nice, helpful staff; bed is comfortable and the pillows were great. Breakfast had a good selection. The rooms were large and the bathroom clean. There are good restaurants nearby. Convenient location.
Stayed at the Hampton for a softball tournament with my daughter. The rooms were very clean. About 10 minutes away from park. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good also. I am very particular on hotels that I stay at and Hampton Inn never lets me down! Price was good also. Perfect stay! No problems or complaints!!
Everything was really good. The staff was very friendly and they made the whole experience a good one. I would stay at this location any time I'm in town. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was very convient. The arrival process was also a good experience not a long wait at all
Room was nice enough. Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was friendly. But Air conditioner didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Cigarette smell from down the hall was unbearable for me and my family which included a newborn infant.
Lukewarm shower, internet that doesn't work (even for HHonor members) and disinterested staff made a bad situation worse. We called two days in advance to make sure a baby crib would be in our room and they told us it would be ready. Arrived and not crib. I call the front desk and they showed up to my room after 30 minutes to tell us their crib was unsafe for use and they had no other accommodations for an infant. This resulted in the worst night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
I have traveled from Tuscaloosa AL to come to Brookhaven MS Hampton hotel to clean up my bathroom. when I arrived I noticed how dirty my sink and toliet was. I approached the housekeeper in the hallway and informed her of my room. She made sure I knew that she did not clean my room before even looking at the room. once she saw the nasty sink she went to the front desk. after a while I decided to take a walk around the property and I noticed the housekeeper I spoke with, the front desk clerk, and another housekeeper looking at a clipboard talking amongst one another. All three stopped and looked at me and I told them that I was going to walk around. After about an hour or so, I returned to the room with nothing cleaned. I asked my sister has anyone came by she said no. I went to the front desk and asked if someone was going to clean the bathroom or she could get me a towel to clean it. Soooooo ummm. she went into the kitchen area and got me a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner. she told me which bottle was what and what each is to clean. I was a bit shocked that I had to clean my own room. I am extremely shocked that the people who knew my room was dirty left (I saw them getting into a car out front) and got paid for a job that a guest did. I am off work and not on the clock. I feel that I should be the one being paid for cleaning. I can't believe the laziness of all 4 employees. My room is right down the hall. it wouldn't take that long to clean it up. I was offered to move up stairs but I wanted something on the first floor. I never been to a Hilton brand hotel and was given the supplies to clean my own room. What a disgrace of what Hilton represent. I bet if I went across the street to holiday Inn I wouldn't have to clean my room. This hotel has potential. First get rid of lazy people. This place can use some minor cosmetic work. Example, Outlet cover broken.
