Would be perfect for more stairs to get to the rooms rather than 1 set of stairs. Was harder to unload stuff with the kids. Water pressure at the sink was not working correctly. Staff was friendly.

Honestly you can tell the rooms have been updated but the hotel room was filthy. There was hairs in the tub from the previous guests. The sink was nasty with previous toothpaste and blood on the sink. The floors looked like they have never been cleaned. The doors were dirty, the walls had food on them. The only think that was ok was the sheets looked clean and that’s still a stretch to say the least. I didn’t complain because I was exhausted but this property was in need of a good cleaning.

The lady checking us in was nice. That’s all I have positive to say about this place. I stayed here with my 6 month old, 2 year old, & pregnant wife. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families. I stayed locked and loaded when walking out to the car at night. Cameras are all broken with wires hanging out, disconnected from the ceiling. There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around. There was someone attempting to break into one of the rooms while I was there and I heard the person call the front desk to report it, only for the woman at the desk to answer it and strike up an attitude with the customer. It was a fever dream but my wife and I just laughed and shook our heads. “At least we’re only here for one night.” I didn’t grow up rich, and have seen worse..but as a father I felt guilty having my family stay here. I thought the reviews were genuine but they’re mostly from the locals who stay here and party here. A friend from the area later confirmed this & couldn’t believe when I told him we stayed here. We didn’t know this & he even felt bad for not warning us. It was belligerently dirty. I didn’t expect what I walked into. I went and found a maintenance closet with a broom and dustpan and swept our room out myself. I figured: why pay for the Holiday Inn if it shares a lawn with this place but dang. Lol if anything I feel bad they have to stair down at this place. I felt like they watched us like some aliens or zoo animals from their high rise windows.
