Sometimes forgetting can cost you! I stayed at this motel a while back. I had a room on the interstate side of the motel, matter of fact I had the room that was the closest room to the interstate that the motel has. Not only is the motel next to an interstate it is also next to an on ramp. Again I stayed at this motel forgetting how noisy it is. This time I had a room that was not only on the interstate side , it was also adjacent to the elevator. I guess they figure that because I am a Priority Club member I will keep coming back regardless. I wonder what other benefits they shower Priority Club members with? Let me hasten to say, the staff of the motel were very polite. The breakfast was a good as to be expect from an express motel. The motel was clean and easy access. However if you find yourself needing a room in Brookhaven and chose this motel make sure you ask for a room away from the interstate and elevator.

.. could be a great place. A few things that need attention, (water fixtures, in house phone lines), could make this place a premier place to stay. Breakfast is a usual hotel breakfast. The pool is a nice place to sit and talk, if it was a little warmer water. I would stay again.

Room was clean breakfast was great night staff was nice but a little more concerned with her guy who was there than us but still all around a good stay I would stay here again very convenient by the interstate

Attending a family reunion and got a good group rate for our rooms. Room was very nice size; clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool was clean. Breakfast was adequate with a nice selection of continental items.

Room 201 lock on the door was completely broken bathroom toilet didn't flush tub did not drain very noisy on the road and it was overpriced. When I told the front desk clerk about the lock on the door he said yeah that locks been broken for some time I gave you a bad room.

The hotel was a great home base for our trip. The staff were very friendly and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was super with a lot of variety. There were a lot of restaurants close by. Rooms were very clean an well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Great stay and I will stay there again!

Whenever we book a cruise from out of New Orleans we always book an overnight stay here. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the morning breakfast is always amazing! We can't wait to book our next visit

I arrived early around noon and was able to check-in. The bed was comfortable and the halls were quiet. The TV was a little odd when it came to finding something to watch. There was no guide channel and each channel switch was on a delay. I never saw anyone at the pool but it looked inviting. The parking lot is a little tight. I felt like it was a door scratch situation waiting to happen. I pick hotels with breakfast because i love bacon. The bacon was cold but nothing a microwave couldn't fix. Right off the highway is where I needed to be. I'll definitely stop here again.

Safe, we felt safe at this Inn. the staff was friendly, helpful. Seen some customers that were rude and the staff kept their smiles and cool head. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was very well maintained, and the tables kept cleared. Price is slightly higher than other hotels in area... but well worth it not having to make a trip to front desk for this or that, 4 or 5 times. Everything was in it's place and the bed was comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel. The lady at the front desk was super nice. We had a king size bed. She even gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat. Everything in the room and hotel was in great shape. We just couldn't get the temperature in the room right. It was cold when we got there. I think the problem was there were two thermostats. It got too hot. I don't blame anyone but it took all night to get it right. We were staying here to avoid paying $150 a night in New Orleans for one night. We have a two hour trip to The Norwegian cruise dock. Seemed like a good stopping point.
