That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me and showed the genuine care the staff has for their guests’ safety and comfort. The amenities also made the stay even better. We visited the spa, and it was wonderful — the perfect way to relax and unwind. Having a bank inside the hotel was incredibly convenient and made it easy to access cash when needed. We ordered room service, and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. The staff even set up a beautiful table so I could truly enjoy my meal, which was such a lovely touch. The food and drinks were also a highlight. My sister loved their cosmos, and the bartender personally came over"

"Elevator broken. Hotel on fifth floor. No one spoke English. Called for someone to check us in didn’t show. After 45 minutes of waiting we left to find another hotel. We were tired. I have requested a refund"

"My family and I had a lovely time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient as it is so close to the Cairo Airport. The staff were very kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food choices, the views were beautiful and the rooms were always spotless because of the awesome housekeeping.
