Service is terrible, no one would answer the phone at the front desk. There was no way to turn off the Florescent inside window light. Had to sleep with light on and a towel over my face. I asked for help, did not get a call back or help for several things not working

The hotel was very bad we are during the Covid19 and the room was not clean it was so dirty. The bathroom was dirty and had mold on the wall The bathroom shower curtain was dirty The room had two doors one of them it doesn’t close for the whole night which is the garden door or the cabin door wasn’t locked because the lock was broken and we couldn’t close the door for the whole night We asked for water to drink it took the room service 2 hours to bring it to my room and when I call them they hang up on me I have a lot of pictures to prove my word

there was no body to take care of the luggage on arrival, they were at Friday prayers, we have been told.

I like the hotel location near Cairo Airport, the friendly staff, early check in/out, and the shuttle service.

1- there was maintenance going on on the floor I was staying on. The front desk could have better indicated how to get to room - as resulted in 2 diff staff trying to help me - as couldn’t walk across the hall from the elevator I was directed to on the other end of property. 2-the hotel should be careful about its vendors. The gift shop charged almost $15 for a single candy bar- I didn’t realize it until I got to my room and did the conversion. Very disappointed in the dishonesty.

First class hotel. Great location close to the Cairo Airport. Has a shuttle to the airport. Bad maintenance. Dirty place.

Cigarette smoke everywhere even in what they call non-smoking rooms. The condition of their supposedly 5 year old building is miserable. I had 2 back breaking twin beds instead of the queen size bed I booked. No iron or ironing board in the room.

I books this room for my husband, and he liked the room it was really nice and clean. Will recommend property.

Staff needs an education on what customer service is about, floor manger is to be available when requested . Not to sent a ridiculous excuse that he is in a meeting and cannot be available. When there is a serious issue.
