Bathrooms need upgrades. The tube leases when you shower and the bathroom floor gets flooded. Sink drain is slow. Shower head is outdated. House keeping staff are really nice and helpful 👍. Also, restaurant staff are very nice, Nada did serve us twice and she was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

The check-in process was an uncomfortable ordeal during which my bags were kept from me for whatever reason. I sat with the manager due to their internet being inoperable and his need to phone higher management to verify my payment. All the while my bags were kept near the security counter and I felt the need to visually check them consistently. The entire process made me uneasy.
