This is a one-of-a-kind cottage located 10 minutes outside of Maryville. BEAUTIFUL mountain views. This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom cottage that also has 3 twin-size bunks for kids in the upstairs loft area. This is our home away from home. We completely rebuilt this cute house from the 1930s while preserving the character with the finishings and furniture. This is country but luxury. You will absolutely LOVE this Tennessee Farm Cottage!
The cottage is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven.

This property is amazing. Spacious living/kitchen area. Far enough out in the country, but close enough to the city to go shopping for your needs. A nice little family farm stand around the corner, that had a ton of pumpkins in all colors and sizes. We will definitely be renting this property again !!!

We were in Maryville with Daughter and Granddaughters before and while they went to Montvale Camp. Very close by and convenient. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. While they were at camp, we went to Cades Cove Stables for a Carriage Ride and on another day we drove into Gatlinburg to look at rentals for another TN trip. Elijah was very helpful. We had a nice dinner at Aubreys. We had groceries delivered from Kroger and we got best price on gas at Kroger fuel.

Quick trip

Property is just like the pictures, beautiful. Just a few things lacking to make it great. There are Mountain View’s but no outside deck seating. Good restaurants around but you can’t have leftovers as there is no microwave. I understand not hooking up the water line for the fridge but no ice trays made having a cold drink impossible.
