Rooms were terrible. Smelled of smoke and mold. Bathrooms were filthy. We stayed only one of 3 nights originally booked and requested refund.
Terrible night’s sleep. Someone checked in at midnight, woke us up and were so loud and rude that we were up until after 2:00 am. I spoke with staff and they said nothing. Room was clean though!
Specifically called the property directly the day prior to arrival to confirm the featured amenities - pool, hot tub and breakfast availability due to COVID 19 concerns. Was told both the pool and hot tub were still open and breakfast still being served. We called ONE DAY prior to arrival and ONLY booked here due to having those amenities in relation to cost. When we got there- were told none of that was available and that it all stopped a couple weeks ago. Told the attendant how we had to called to confirm and that we would have stayed home if we would have known. Attendant said “I can check with my supervisor to see if there’s anything we can do”. No apology, and no follow up with the supervisor. She continued watching TV behind the desk all night. VERY disappointed I spent $90 to stay in a hotel that had no amenities available - could have stayed somewhere for $55. They should have either gave us a discount or credit for a future stay. VERY poor customer service and no accountability for telling us incorrect information.
Adequate, just a little rough around the edges. Fair price, limited number of restaurants and stores in immediate vicinity.

The hotel was very nice! A lot of restaurants close by to choose from. We stayed there 2 nights. They had a pool and hot tub there. That was really the reason I wanted to go there. Couldn't get in there at all either day! Always full of people! I don't even think the second day the people that were in there were even customers of the hotel. Very disappointing! Told the woman at the desk when we checked out, she didn't care! A lot of money to pay and can't even use the facilities!
This hotel served its purpose- it was easy, clean bed, hot shower. Convenient to quick bite and gas. The room needs a REAL cleaning though... especially under the beds! Daughter enjoyed the pool.
Close to restaurants & stores. Close to highway. Could use a deep clean in common areas & a fresh coat of paint on the outside. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

Great location and amenities, the room we stayed in was aged and could use updates. Staff was fantastic! Noise levels were a bit high and the pool is small so it was crowded and we decided not to use it.
We checked in late after being on the road all day and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. For the price, we had no complaints about the room. The next morning, the breakfast was pleasant, if limited. I visited the hot tub that morning as well, since it was a very cold day and was surprised to find that the pool area only had one hand towel in the towel area. So, I had to find someone from housekeeping to get a towel, which was something of an inconvenience.
Good value. Clean and modern, with pool and fitness room. Large breakfast area.
Hotel was conveniently located, had a friendly staff, and was pet friendly.
Good place for a pit stop, staff very nice, and was clean
I've stayed here multiples times and will stay again. Pets are welcome here, which made traveling very easy for myself and my small dog. Easy check in and check out, and always friendly staff!
We stayed here while visiting family in the area and found it to be a good value. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry that you were awaken in the middle of the night and wasn't able to go back to sleep. I do apologize that the staff didn't address this with the other guest and take care of it right away for you. Again I do apologize and I will address this with the staff member. I do hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future and should you stay with us again we will try to make sure that we accommodate you on the top floor so that no one can be above you to wake you. I am sorry if you were misinformed of our amenities as they have not been available for over 4 weeks now due to the Covid-19 crisis. I would like to research and see if maybe when you called you somehow were transferred to our call center and not to the actual front desk agent as my staff is full aware and letting guest know that we do not have these amenities available at this time. If by chance you were transferred to our call center and an agent misspoke I will be reaching out to their supervisor so that they can offer a coaching session with the agent.
