I could not say anything less than Perfect - the hotel itself as accommodation, room size and furnishing, but also as great staff and highest level service. Whenever you turn searching for something - you see that it is already there. They thought of everything you may need when you are away from home. Wonderful breakfast with huge variety. Very clean and comfortable in every way. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Everything in the hotel was very elegant, from its design, beds, linen and the amenities. I liked the door separating the hotel's rooms upon exiting the elevators. It provides added security to checked-in guests. The light and nice smell welcomes you upon entering the guest rooms. We were welcomed warmly upon our arrival, and assigned a butler to accompany us in our room, separate from the attendant carrying our luggage. The option to have our breakfast in both Mireio and Spectrum a nice as Spectrum has a wider array which my kids enjoyed. Fresh juices, pancakes and lots of crispy bacon.. We also liked the access to both Raffles and Fairmont pools, although the Fairmont pool needs a little cleaning. WE appreciate the birthday cake prepared and the welcome ftuits too. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, Service was truly excellent.

Outstanding hotel wit absolutely good location. There was friendly stafff and smiley acceptance everywhere you go. Having the hotel near malls is a real plus for convenience of shopping and dinning. Lovely room arrangement

The size of the rooms, furnishing, beddings, extra half bath made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. They want to please you always. Room service was fast and served nicely. Very clean! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

It was an amazing experience to celebrate my birthday with the people I love in Raffles Makati. I booked a night stay using my famous agents points, so I get a free accommodation! Lucky to have this kind of perks, don’t you agree? Upon check in, we were welcomed by a plate of fruits and ice cold mixed berry juice, then I got my birthday cake few mins later. Raffles Makati is a luxury hotel featuring boutique full-service suites, private residence suites, and is connected to the Fairmont Makati property. I booked a Junior Suite with twin beds. The room is tastefully styled with a touch of old-world classic charm with a modern touch. The beds are undeniably comfy and the bathroom is stunning! Raffles guest has access to book Fairmont and Raffles amenities. Love their pool as it’s not as crowded as Fairmont’s, but both pool’s great! Had our breakfast buffet at the Spectrum. As usual, the food’s sumptuous and the ambiance is warm and nice. It was indeed a happy birthday. Thank you, Raffles.

I actually like the old raffles in Phenom Penh too in Cambodia. I like the old classic building and the dining area. This is a new one in Makati and it does not disappoint. I used to stay at the Shang ri la before the Raffles was built three years ago and I like the Manila Hotel too for the view of the sunset but in Makati I like the Raffles and the Shang. Very modern rooms and incredible service with all the amenities of a five star hotel. You can't go wrong with the Raffles brand.

Location is excellent. Room cleanliness and comfort exceded expectations. All staff are courteous and helpful. If they do not have the answer they ask more experienced staff to help. We felt at home and not a guest.

We had a wonderful experience recently when we upgraded from our booking at the Fairmont hotel to a Junior suite at the Raffles. It was a great few days discovering what Raffles had to offer.. We never knew that there is a rooftop bar that served the best Margaritas in town! A wonderful view of the skyline in Makati. They also had a happy hour special that came with some snacks.. make sure to book on Fri and Sat nights as it can get very busy. We also had breakfast and dinner at their French restaurant and I want to point out that it was so noticeable that their staff had undergone a very good service training. There were lots of smiles and attention. I was very impressed that the first thing the waiter asked was about allergies! It so happens that my husband is allergic to seafood and I can’t tolerate diary. So it was reassuring to know that our food would be just right for our diets. I also had a treatment at their spa and it was so relaxing and very clean! The best part of all is that the apartments are very private and yet the attention is superb. A private pool reserved for the Raffles is also an added bonus. Location is very convenient and only a 5 min walk to some of the best restaurants in Makati. A highly recommended place to stay ..

Raffles Makati is essentially levels 9 and 10 of the poorer sister Fairmont hotel. Which is a good thing as the premises, reception etc are excellent. The suite-room concept is similar to the parent concept (Raffles Singapore) and there is a butler service looking after you etc. The Raffles section has its own separate restaurant on level 9, but you can also have breakfast etc in the main restaurant available also to the Fairmont guests. We found the service, flexibility of apporach and the general feel of the hotel to be first class. If in Manlia, I would definitely stay there again.

I'm curious as to why this property has such high rating and positive reviews. I stayed at Raffles Makati three times over the past three months and all three stays left me feeling disappointed, insulted, and robbed of my money. My first stay was in August for my mother's 80th birthday. Check-in was unpleasant due to the guest services manager having conflicting information with the agent who was checking us in. Furthermore, the guest services team at this property have an aloof demeanor that makes you feel unwelcome. The butler service was okay, although the butler was also quite unfriendly. Our bags took over an hour to arrive in our room. Poolside service is almost nonexistent. My second stay was a month later in September and was even worse than the first. For starters, my child had severe allergic rhinitis and was sick for days after our overnight stay due to the ridiculous amount of dust collected beneath the beds and on the curtains. Again, our bags took forever to arrive, and each call to butler service was either unanswered or took a while to be answered. One time, when I had called butler service twice and didn't receive a response, I called the main switchboard and instead of being helped, I was told I needed to call the butler service number instead. The breakfast buffet was rather limited given the price point and the restaurant staff is just as unfriendly as guest services/butler service. But the highlight of this trip was the pool. Upon arrival, we were told only two people can swim, so I allowed my friend and our two young children to swim while I laid out by the pool. At one point, my child needed assistance so I went near the pool to help him. As we were leaving, I was held back by a pool attendant who accused me of swimming. When I asked him when I swam, he told me he did not see me himself as he had stepped away, but rather his colleague whom he asked to keep watch of us did. This upset me as he made us seem like some criminals who can't follow simple rules and who would break such rules if the person in charge stepped away. He eventually backed down and apologized, but this did not make me feel any better. I was embarrassed as there were other guests who saw and heard this exchange. Finally, the third stay happened just a few days ago. I gifted my niece with an overnight stay with her friends at the hotel as it was in close proximity to the restaurant where they were to hold her birthday dinner. I called the reservation line as I won't be there in person and wanted to make sure they won't run into any issues checking in. I was assured everything would be fine provided I submit a payment authorization through a link that they would email me. I followed the steps provided and forwarded all email contacts to my niece. Fast forward to 4:45 a.m. EDT, I wake up and see that I've received several texts and emails from my sister and Raffles Makati. My sister was made to commit to paying in cash if I do not fulfill another credit card authorization by the end of the business day, which also happened to be around the time I woke up. I quickly followed instructions and sent another authorization and emailed the property. Again, I was left feeling extremely embarrassed. My birthday gift became a burden instead of a luxury to my niece because of this property's incompetence and the misinformation provided by their reservation line. I've stayed at numerous hotels of this caliber and higher all over the world and this is by far the WORST experience I've had with a so-called luxury hotel. The first time could have easily been a one-off, but the next two stays proved otherwise. I definitely won't be recommending this property to my family and colleagues and have also alerted my friends who work in the travel industry to avoid this property when recommending to their clients. It was a horrible waste of $250 per night!
