Enjoyed our stayed here... staff friendly...rooms clean and spacious...check-in smooth.... walking distance to shopping and eatery places...easy to get taxi...at night can go karaoke nearby....overall its worth staying
This hotel offers flexible accommodation and adjusted prices to its hotel guests. This business concept works for people who travels from nearby provinces or those who will only need a place to sleep. Contrary to the experience of other reviewers/ bloggers, each time I check in, I am provided with a nice room with working facilities. The location is very strategic as well, just in front of the Robinson's Place Manila. Outside the mall, there's also an Airport Shuttle. The only downside of the hotel is its breakfast. Food can be improved by changing the food choices.
Booking this hotel was a big mistake. We were looking for a budget hotel for our two night stay, after our first night we checked out immediately. This hotel is just in front of robinsons mall, thats the only good thing i can say. We arrived with dirty linen, super cold ac without any temp control in the room. Broken safe, used slippers, super dirty towel, just an absolute nightmare. We called for help to adjust the ac temp and the guy only came after 45mins. We asked for a replacement of the stained bedsheet and dirty towels, they gave us a new one, but it was more stained, stained with what? I don’t even want to tell. Mattress and pillows will mess your night. Oh well, a piece of advise, if you want to stay in the area, there is a much much better option nearby in the same price range. Im writing this one just after checking out of eurotel and now in a more comfortable budget hotel. Go search Red Planet-you’ll be thanking me. Just don’t book it period. Forgot to take photos out of disgust. Just look at other traveller photos here, the mistake i made is i did not.
The staff never cleans the Floor with hot water, also no hot water in the shower availabel/ sometimes broken shower! The breakfast buffet got better and is okay (slowly staff not filling up anything f.e knives...)...overall its nice for the short distance to the mall and friendly stuff...but small cockraches in the rooms...
A foul smell in the room, my throat was hurting because of it, requested for a transfer, took ages to move me to another room. The smell was still there, got no choice coz i was tired. The room was tight, felt like i was in a box. Not cozy at all. Accessibility was very good since it was in front of the mall.
Located just in front of Robinson Mall. Place to eat, convenience store, bank also within walking distance. Need a lot of improvements regarding menu and service for breakfast. Room service is awesome. i rather order my meal via room service. Fast and more choices. Bathroom need maintenance. No kettle provided for studio room.
If you want to explore Manila for personal travel and want to save some money, then this is the right hotel for you. The location is very good, right across Robinsons Place which will make it easier you to explore tourism places in Malate, Ermita, Intramuros, Binondo, Quiapo, and Pasay. The hotel has 4-hour express check-in facility for PHP 390 which you can use and pay on the spot when you need early check-in or late check-out. The minuses are the staff were not that friendly, my room was not tidied up, and the aircon buzzing sound was just too painful. But it's budget hotel anyway, so if you are looking for value for money premise on perfect location, than this is it. The Wi-Fi is good.
It's actually accessible and affordable.Just a few minutes walk from mall, bank, food chain and convenience store.it is also near the airport. it's hassle free and convenient if you're traveling alone and unfamiliar with the place.
Excellent location, just in front of Robinsons Ermita Pedro Gil entrance. Good for tourists and shoppers from province. Shop and take rest at this hotel. They have private car also to drop you to the airport or nearest bus terminals. The rate is surprisingly affordable. Good food and fast service. Good for couples and families.
I am very impressed with this hotel. It is nothing fancy nor extra ordinary. However the people here are such gems. They make you feel at home and they greet you anywhere. The room they have given me is not that big but is definitely clean. They clean my room everyday and change my towels and provide me with water everyday. This hotel is priced very reasonably. We are happy that this was recommended to us by our friend who is also a very satisfied customer. I will continuously promote this place so people will see the beauty of the Philippines through the warm smiles of the people they will encounter in this hotel.
