David Norman David Norman reviewed Eurotel HOTEL – 1 star 28 March at 16:28 ·  I lost money US.$600(PESO$31200) inside safe box at room in Eurotel angeles yesterday. The supervisor manager said no one own the spare master key in hotel and it hold keeping in main office manila so that no one can open my safe box...meant only ghost from hell can do it ? enjoy spending money in hell... Remind you never put anything inside safe box...or you will lose all...

Conveniently located to Robinson’s Ermita/Manila I’m not so sure if the staff can tell the difference to the actual married couples or the hmmm other guys But is a good place, actually quiet, everything works, not very well but if you hold the wires right it does. It is what it is

Checked-in was very quick. I've got a room located on the higher floor which I requested upon making the reservation. When I arrived at my room there was water leaking issue from the AC. I tried to call the front desk several times but no one answering the phone. I went down straight to the front desk and informed them. Since they cant fix it they moved move to another room. The second room I've got it was fine but no AC remote control so I called the front desk again and the lady said that she will send someone to bring the remote control until I check out nothing was sent. (Very Poor). Housekeeping: The Linens, Pillowcases, and cleanliness were very poor. The bed sheets and pillowcases have a visible stain which is not acceptable. Location of the hotel is really fantastic since its just front of the Robinsons Manila. Really convenient to go to Robinson even evening. BREAKFAST has a limited option which was not impressive. I could still consider this property on my future visit.

the hotel is very nice good entry but the rooms arent so big and have no window aircon and wifi working perfect nice bathroom just food in the morning isnt so great further a very good location to go to the Mall etc ...

For a two-star hotel, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. My room assigned to me was simple but very adequate in terms of basic necessities. It even has a hair blower and the shower was great with its proper temperature setting. Even the aircon model was somewhat an outdated model, I was able to completely rest. I think i’ll go back to it whenever i need to destress. Plus, it’s really good for my money!

Enjoyed our stayed here... staff friendly...rooms clean and spacious...check-in smooth.... walking distance to shopping and eatery places...easy to get night can go karaoke nearby....overall its worth staying

This hotel offers flexible accommodation and adjusted prices to its hotel guests. This business concept works for people who travels from nearby provinces or those who will only need a place to sleep. Contrary to the experience of other reviewers/ bloggers, each time I check in, I am provided with a nice room with working facilities. The location is very strategic as well, just in front of the Robinson's Place Manila. Outside the mall, there's also an Airport Shuttle. The only downside of the hotel is its breakfast. Food can be improved by changing the food choices.

Booking this hotel was a big mistake. We were looking for a budget hotel for our two night stay, after our first night we checked out immediately. This hotel is just in front of robinsons mall, thats the only good thing i can say. We arrived with dirty linen, super cold ac without any temp control in the room. Broken safe, used slippers, super dirty towel, just an absolute nightmare. We called for help to adjust the ac temp and the guy only came after 45mins. We asked for a replacement of the stained bedsheet and dirty towels, they gave us a new one, but it was more stained, stained with what? I don’t even want to tell. Mattress and pillows will mess your night. Oh well, a piece of advise, if you want to stay in the area, there is a much much better option nearby in the same price range. Im writing this one just after checking out of eurotel and now in a more comfortable budget hotel. Go search Red Planet-you’ll be thanking me. Just don’t book it period. Forgot to take photos out of disgust. Just look at other traveller photos here, the mistake i made is i did not.

The staff never cleans the Floor with hot water, also no hot water in the shower availabel/ sometimes broken shower! The breakfast buffet got better and is okay (slowly staff not filling up anything f.e knives...)...overall its nice for the short distance to the mall and friendly stuff...but small cockraches in the rooms...

A foul smell in the room, my throat was hurting because of it, requested for a transfer, took ages to move me to another room. The smell was still there, got no choice coz i was tired. The room was tight, felt like i was in a box. Not cozy at all. Accessibility was very good since it was in front of the mall.
