The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel to stay in when in Chinatown. The only thing I did not like is the stacks of trash on the side of the road. We wanted to do the food crawl but can’t do it because I keep smelling the trash. Also there are a lot of beggars on the street.

A nice big room

The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a bit worn in places. The corridor wallpaper and carpets were rather shabby but theyre clean. Our room was a suite with panoramic views. It was a nice size room with a seating area and a tv in both the seating area and the bedroom. Breakfast had both local food options and western food options. We couldn't connect our Wifi in the room and staff were quick to come and help and similarly, when the tv stopped working they were quick to resolve the issue. There's not a lot to do locally apart from visit the church next door, which is absolutely beautiful. Its about a half hour walk to Intramuros and it's on busy main roads. You get approached by locals but they dont hassle you if you day no to whatever they are trying to sell. Finally, a big thank you to Albert for all his help. My husband hurt his ankle and Albert brought him an ice pack and ensured we had a regular supply.

Everything was beyond expectations here. I wished I had planned to stay here for my entire stay in the Philippines, but only did one night. Breakfast was delicious and the veiw at night was amazing.

Highly recommend Ramada. It’s clean and the staff are amazing! They’re very accommodating & attended to our needs immediately. My room’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly and they transferred us to another room. When my mom’s room small refrigerator weren’t cooling properly they replaced it immediately. Shout out to Albert, Jeff, Rommel, & Marvin for making our stay a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out, the service was excellent. I highly recommend Ramada. The staff is second to none!

Love the location being in the heart of Chinatown. Busy street to be on but getting rides isn’t awful so it balances out. Dining is great in house and the staff is extremely friendly and vigilant! Would recommend highly if you want to stay in the Binondo-Manila area.

wonderful staff, wonderful room, internet outages often, small sitting room, hot water was barely hot, no pool or hot tub...breakfast was a joke, not worth 2 dollars....they should pay you to eat there. location is central close to crowded chinese food and polluted river. welcome to manila. Better to stay at The Manila Hotel for same price plus they have a AMAZING buffet there. hotel staff at ramada were kind and helpful

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Manila, thanks to the exceptional service! Albert was incredibly helpful with my luggage and shared great local tips, making my trip so much easier.
