Radisson Hotel Manchester Downtown

Though I was not able to enjoy all of the hotel amenities or downtown life due to inclement weather, I truly enjoyed my stay at this great hotel. First, the room was spacious and clean with a nice, hot shower. The king bed mattress was also very comfortable, and I enjoyed the plethora of pillows. Further, the housekeepers were very courteous and perform their job well and quickly The even worked on Christmas Day, and I made sure to thank them for that! During my four they stay, I had a few questions for the front desk, and they were very helpful and courteous as well! I also enjoyed the amenity of the Boston express bus station being very closely connected to the hotel. Though the hotel does put a $25 per day hold on your credit card for incidentals, I had no incidences of my card actually being charged. The quality of the room and the excellent, friendly service made my stay here one of my best ever! Of course, the $88 per night rate was truly appreciated as well! Just so that folks are aware, I was able to pay this rate because I reserve through Orbitz and I paid for the entire stay in advance. Thanks to Orbitz and to Radisson!

Very comfie and convenient, stellar staff! Good location

It was ok, I paid on line and the desk staff demanded a credit card for incidentals. I told her I would pay cash for incidentals. She flatly said "hotel policy". Maybe Home Depot will start asking for your credit card when you walk in their store, would make life easier for them.

It's time for the hotel to upgrade their in-room decor. It just looks dated. The bathroom was nice, and the bedding and pillows were fine, but they need to rip and replace the rest. Also, I had a bite in the reverb and the pizza was on flatbread instead if a traditional crust, and the sliced mozzarella was barely melted. Pizza was ice cold and chews was stiff wishing 5 minutes.

Staff is always friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. They have a nice lounge and food is really good for hotel food. I like to stay at the Radisson when I travel in that area

The hotel was centrally located with comfortable beds. Needs some updates but otherwise was ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, very pleasant and comfortable room, nice range of food/drink options in hotel but many fun and varied options in vibrant downtown surrounding jotel

The hotel was for my daughter who was going to a show at the verizon arena. She had a wonderful time, loved the bathroom, sleep number bed and they ordered room service. Perfect night getaway was her words exactly.

I was very happy with my room in this hotel. Nice and clean and suprisingly roomy for most of the nice hotels I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with a huge bathroom and luxurious shower. The hotel staff were top notch. Hotel stays don't get much better than this and I would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime.

Convenient location, able to walk to all downtown shops, restaurants, etc. I booked a king room, but entered a double. The staff corrected it without a problem. The gym was a bit small, but the pool/hot tub were just fine.

I stayed here for the MCM Marathon. The location was perfect!

Everything about this hotel was great including a professional staff, free wifi (unexpected in the nicer hotels) and even a surprise fridge in the room. Great highclass glass shower (no tub in my room if that's important, ask for a room with one). The only drawback was I got in at around 11:30pm on a Sunday night and of course the restaurant was closed. The flight I took surprisingly had no food for sale and the airport food was shut down so when I got to the hotel I was quite hungry. They kindly opened up the gift shop just for me but I'm weight concious and all the snacks were the fattening kind (the only pretzels where yogurt covered and I'm lactose intolerant). So maybe add some regular pretzels and jerky so the snacks. I bumbed into another 2 guests in the elevator who actually asked me if I had any food on me. So maybe some kind of better late night snacks would round the place out to be perfect.

We were in Manchester for a family celebration. Our event was to take place at the Fisher Cats baseball game. The Radisson was easy to reach from the interstate and a short walk to the stadium. On the day of our event spa staff was very accommodating getting my mother-in-law in at the last minute to have her hair washed/styled and her nail's done prior to the game/party. One of the spa staff even came in on short notice for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.

This hotel is in downtown Manchester, NH, and within walking distance to local shops, pubs and restaurants. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the room was large and comfortable.

Needed a hotel at the last minute NASCAR weekend and everything was booked. Lucky to find this location at the price I did. Great area, lots to do, clean and pleasant.

TV didn't work, pillows are AWFUL! Really not worth the money that was charged, but not awful.

Beautiful place to spend the night. Rate was good. Beds very comfy. Coffee in rooms, but disappointed that we couldn't get another free cup in the lobby. Bathroom was beautiful.

I had a lovely stay. The staff was fantastic. And the concierge recommendations were right on.

Old, moderately updated, decent bar, and generally dirty. Not even close to the rate of $140. I have stayed at Marriot's and Hiltons that shamed this place and paid $95

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are well appointed. Customer service was excellent from the bell man upon arrival to front desk staff, to staff at JD's to the Front Desk (efficient and quick check-in) and the housemen cleaning the gym area and hallways.. There for work but found my short stay to be relaxing. The General Manager, Kim Roy, does an excellent job and is keeping this hotel at the top! Will return next time I need an overnight in Manchester.
