Front desk staff, housekeeping for rooms and breakfast dining staff were amazing! Parking garage attendant & night cleaning lady not so friendly. Amenities were appreciated but we wanted to order food from outside restaurant but you're unable to eat it anywhere other than your room. That was a small bummer but pool was clean but small for such a large hotel. Great location in Manchester.

This property is across from SNHU Arena. Easy to walk to concerts and other events. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was great; however, they were a little overworked because of the number of guests. Would definitely stay there again.
Walked across the street to see Heart. A perfect night. The hotel was so convenient.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et est assez beau. L’accueil chaleureux et le biscuit chaud servi à l’entrée a fait fondre mon ♥️. Un grand merci à l’employé qui travaillait vers 11h pm le 20 décembre à mon arrivée et à Diane ou diana ? Qui travaillait le 22 décembre le matin à mon départ .
