I stayed at a few different hotels in the area before I fell in love with this one. Overall, the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly. Occasionally there may be something very small the cleaning staff missed, but in my multiple stays here the rooms are almost always immaculate. Breakfast is not free, and I have to leave for work before it opens, so I cannot attest to that. I’ve now stayed here >5 times and I keep coming back. My favorite hotel in the area. It’s the small things for me, such as the fact they added to the bottom of the door so the hallway door goes flush to the carpet, the soundproofing is pretty decent, you may hear someone above you, or if someone is loud in the hallway, but I’m a light sleeper and that’s not really been an issue for me. The front desk person I routinely interact with remembered me, and is so friendly. It puts a smile on my face to check in.

Needed handicap room with 3 beds and big bathroom. Got three beds with small bathroom which was difficult for handicapped person. Toilets were very loud when flushed and heard toilets in other rooms flush during night. Heard people talking in hallways when you wanted to sleep.

Room was absolutely not cleaned to any decent standard. Found cups from breakfast, wrappers from snacks, even meds on the floors. Nothing in the description is accurate. Pool is very small. Deposit is 150 per room per night, not warned about that. Can’t hear outside of the rooms from inside but inside you can hear everything. The bedroom not handicap friendly, or the bathroom even when asked. No hot tub just small pool. Can’t bring a drink to the room from the restaurant. And no one let us know the microwaves are child locked and how to work them.
