"This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always nice to get get back to this quiet unit after a day of exploring on the island "
