Very nice place to stay, courteous staff and close to all the tourist places in the Manatí area.
Amazing views, staff was very bilingual, very clean hotel and rooms, great food. There is nothing bad I have to say about staying with them.
The property was great with the exception of the bed (it felt like a box spring) and the chair in the room was full of sand. Overall we had a good time at the property.
Yes very close to everything I needed staff members very engaged making every one happy
I was satisfied with the service. Not much amenities.
Great facilities, very good service from the momento we entered the property until we left
Everything great very quiet and friendly environment
No hot water on the 3rd day. No restaurant available
El elevador estaba dañado, tuvimos que subir las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso. El cuarto estaba en condiciones pobres. El hotel en sí estaba precioso, el lobby muy bonito decorado.
