Staff was great, room was clean with the exception I was in a disability room and the shower would run out to the floor of the bathroom but, maintenance would come and clean it right away. I think they need to redo the shower floor so the water doesn’t run out.

Half the wall plugs in the room did not work. The remote for the tv was so sticky it stuck to my hand. The deadbolt did not work, as a woman traveling alone, HUGE concern!!! Very disappointed for a Hyatt.
