Hyatt Place Manati

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Very nice place to stay, courteous staff and close to all the tourist places in the Manatí area.

Asome, clean room, exelent service and the breakfast is very complet. Parking free, the negative is the taxes in the final

We liked everything about our room except for the inability to cool it adequately.

My husband & I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in Puerto Rico. We only spent 6 out of 22 nights at hotel as we were evacuated after María. Hotel lost light & water & back-up generator/cistern did not work. We heard 4 different stories as to the generator. We had to find shelter in the town (also w/o light or water) or go to a shelter in San Juan. Hotel & staff were woefully unprepared for a hurricane of María's magnitude. We would never stay there again.

Great service clean staff great the only issue I had was a microwave if I went or bought anything back to my room I was not able to heat anything besides that Perfect

Would stay again on next trip. Excellent location and enjoyed better than staying in San Juan.

Like most Hyatts, this was a nicely appointed property with an excellent hot breakfast and multiple dinner options nearby. And the room was quite nice, except for the design flaws in the bathroom. The sink was so big, I was too far from the mirror to see myself shaving. The only way to have a close mirror was to straddle the toilet! This design problem also manifested itself in how hard it was to use the faucet. And I'm 5' 10". I can't imaging anyone shorter being comfortable here.

Excellent hotel, great location and near attractions.

Loved my stay, pool is small and washer and dryer don't clean good but other wise the hotel and my room was very clean so I felt very very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

It was close to restaurants. The casino was right next door. The Premium outlet was close by. I highly recommend it. Hotel was comfortable and clean for reasonable price. Need a car to go to beach.

The experience was wonderful. My family and I enjoy a lot all of the attention, amenities and facility. This is a wonderful place tomes stay with the family...

Very excellent, nice staff, godd breakfast, very accesible to different nice areas at the north of Puerto Rico

From the start I thought it was a bit away from san juan. But it was the beat choice ever. Jorge was a great hose from the start the area is great. My wife loved the hotel the pool casino. The breakfast was great also.

Great staff and amenities. Close to major thoroughways.

Do not meet Hyatt Place expectations, compared to Hyatt Place in USA,no enough staff to assist you, breakfast very limited and repeated ,accommodations are the same no complaints.

Don't stay at this hotel unless you have a car. There is no public transportation. Taxi cabs are expensive. Our room for the first few nights was horrible. It was damp and smelled musty. I mentioned this to the staff our first night. After the second night, the smell was still there. I asked to be moved and we were given a new room. This one was much better. The breakfast was typical with some hot items. I was disappointed. The pool was kind of on the small side, but it was fine. The casino was fine. I didn't win, but that's ok. We scheduled a ride to the airport with J Star (the transportation service affiliated with the hotel). They confirmed our reservation. I contacted them for a pickup time, they were unresponsive. J Star didn't show up. Maria, the GM ended up driving us to the airport. We missed our flight and were stuck in the airport for several hours. No one in my party has ever missed a flight, until now. Que lastima! I wouldn't stay here again.

We brought our granddaughters for the first time to Puerto Rico and we stayed 2 nights 3 days at the Hyatt Place in Manati, We had so much fun. Staff were very professional knowledgeable. The room was very clean, it was perfect for us, two queen side bed and a living room area sofa bed end tables. Bathroom nice, small fridge in the room microwave downstairs in the lobby by breakfast area use anytime you want, elevator you need the key card to use it to get to your room very secure, not that they need it. Overall excellent place I will be returning soon.

Awesome especially if you rent a car. The casino was fun and the hotel was really clean and the room and bed was awesome. I got back to NY yesterday and I'm writing this review at work. Hopefully I will go back in November.

For the price you pay, you would expect a bit more. Pool is the size of a tub, the breakfast is a joke. The rooms are modern and clean, even though they change the sheets every three days smh..

This is outstanding hotel in the town, when you arrive you think you are arriving to another place, I'm from town and I have experience staying in different locations due to my job! This is totally different!!
