Ongeschikt

Via VRBO contact met eigenaar/beheerder van het appartement. Deze dame gaf aan dat het appartement niet geschikt was voor een gezin terwijl er toch 2 eenpersoons en 1 tweepersoonsbed aanwezig waren. Ze bood ons een ander appartement aan met twee kamers in een beter deel van Mainz. Mee akkoord gegaan. Het bleken kamers te zijn met gedeelde badkamer en keuken. Bij aankomst werden we erop attent gemaakt dat na 19.00 u s avonds absoluut stil moest zijn. (Daarvan waren we vooraf niet op de hoogte gesteld) Dit omdat er ook zorgkaners zouden zijn. Er waren nergens stoelen/krukjes aanwezig alleen tweepersoons bedden met wisselend comfort. Steeds zijn we pas laat naar het huis gegaan, alleen om daar te overnachten. We werden geappt en gebeld dat we te luidruchtig waren terwijl we al lagen te slapen. We hebben overigens geen enkele patiënt/zorgverlener gezien , alleen andere vakantiegangers. De beheerder/eigenaar woonde zelf in het huis. We zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken ipv de betaalde 3 nachten door vervelende onterechte aantijgingen van de beheerder. Nog nooit zo n nare vakantie ervaring gehad als in de Schlesische strase te Mainz
