I booked a superior double room, it was absolutely lovely. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and well equipped with amenities. The bathrobes were a lovely addition also. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, and everything was so fresh. Only issue i had with the Hotel was the sound from the streets. I've slept in many hotels in London, on very busy streets, and I have never experienced such loud street noise as I did here. There is no soundproofing, so if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping, this is not the hotel for you. I was on the 4th floor, and my colleagues who were on the 2nd experienced the same. All in all however, its a great hotel, the location is superb and the staff were incredibly welcoming!

Small rooms. Good for spending a couple of nights max to take advantage of the location. But dont expect to have a pleasent time enjoying yourself in the room. As expected is very noisy so dont stay here if you cannot sleep with the sound of a busy city.

Very nice, clean and a great staff. Small rooms and very small bathroom. Great breakfast. Hotel is located on a very busy street filled with shops, restaurants and shopping. Can be noisy at night when you are trying to sleep. Terrible A/C.

Great Location near the most of highlights and points of interest. The service was very well. The breakfast was great and delicious with a variety of products. The rooms are so little but very clean. Probably stay the next time

This is the place where all action happens. Right in the heart of the city, gran Via is a hot spot for tourists. This hotel stand tall right in the middle. Good breakfast in the morning and then long walks across Street. Was fun...

The location can not be better placed for touristic reasons i'd say; right on gran via in front of telefonica building, we got there by metro all the way from the airport, very safe by the way, the metro entrance is a few steps from the hotel door. There are restaurants , tapas bars fast food joints all over the place, options were not short. The hotel itself is a beautiful European style building, staff was courteous, my room was " small" per se but just enough for the purpose which was to sleep and shower. The rooms are not sound proof as you could hear hallway noise clearly, and the cold a/c season had not begun so had to sleep windows open and "al fresco" since it was a little warm, so sorry for the neighbors who got a free show of me ! 😂

Very simple interior. Nice bathroom. No possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee. No free coffee or tea in the lobby. Internet works with simple login. Breakfast expensive. Only recommended for a very budget concerned traveller, not really suited for business.

Hotel is located just next to Gran Via tube station! Walking distance to many great Madrid attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Good breakfast. Room was a bit small and very dark due to strange building construction (window was facing small empty 'courtyard') - but we didn't spend much time in the hotel as we wanted to explore the city therefore location wise it was amazing choice!

A lovely hotel nestled 20m from the buzz of Gran Via. My hotel room actually overlooked Gran Via with a small balcony which was a great touch. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with nice toiletries and plenty of working space. Breakfast was full of different choices and well catered. I would say however not many vegetarian options! Overall a clean, and well located hotel minutes from the centre of Madrid and all shops/bars/eateries. Staff were very friendly and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again for business or pleasure.

We stayed here on our last visit to Madrid and enjoyed the room view on the Gran Via. However there is too much noise from this busy street. On our next visit, we will ask for a room facing the rear of the building as suspect the noise level will be lower. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is very good indeed.
