You will enjoy a space equipped with everything you need for a stay in total comfort for two people, a few meters from the heart of the city and the perfect tranquility to rest.



-You will enjoy a cozy space with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, dining table, tv, high speed internet, air conditioning and exterior views.



- Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.

- Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.

The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.



The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor. . Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.

Quiet, lovely little building in the heart of old Madrid

I would stay here again. This is a great old building. Lovingly renovated in the interior to keep the best of the old and the comforts of the new. The people who run the building are very helpful. It’s a great street with two fruit vendors, a lencería, a tiny cocktail bar, a breakfast place… hi and right near two grocery stores. It’s very easy to stay here. It’s near major bus and subway lines.
