The marketing for the property is awesome, but in person it's not what you think. The pool is sized for 2 people. There is an insane amount of fragrance being pumped into the hallways and lobby. The staff is pretty rude and aloof. The restaurant has very short hours. The balconies are meh. The location is great from the roof, but parking is a nightmare. And you cant get a person on the phone if you call them. I wouldn't not recommend this place to stay. You could just go to the rooftop to take photo's if that's what you want.

Perfect location to move around… nice hotel friendly customer service

Very clean and super friendly staff. Perfect location for getting around the best areas!

Excelente hotel y experiencia!

Great location in the theatre district. Rooftop bar offers an almost 360-degree view of the city. Staff was super-friendly and this smaller hotel was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

It has no parking place, but it shows on internet that has one,so i have to paid 30 euros x day of parking.

Loved the restaurant and views

This was the perfect location. You walk out the door and go down the stairs to the train station literally if that’s what you want. Everything was great about this place except the bathroom. The bathroom is all black therefore you can see the soap scum and stains in the shower which either hasn’t been cleaned properly or is permanently there to rest. Regardless, it was a great hotel to stay at for the location and convenience

They were in a great location. Near a church, near lots of restaurants, near shopping places and safe locations.

Great place great location. They do everything to ensure you enjoy your stay would go back.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very modern design. The staff spoke English well, making checking in and out very easy.

The location is great- on the Gran Via, walking distance everywhere!!! Also right on top of the metro stop. The room is clean, ask for the balcony- it’s fun to view the plaza de Spania from up top 😊 The breakfast is very good, we had it once. The rooftop bar was great with good views, music, fun to hang out. Reception staff was helpful- I had forgotten my jacket at the flamenco show, and they called and got it for me.

It was a nice location -basic enough hotel -room was small not very many outlets to charge phones -one outlet didn’t work -bed was very uncomfortable -

The location was very convenient, the staff was nice and very helpful. The pool was very small and the pictures were very misleading.

This is in the center of the city and is an easy walk to a lot of cool sites. Also a cheap Uber ride to most parts of the city.

The hotel was in a great, central location. A lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and friendly staff.
