Clean but hard to access.
I liked that the room had clean, new furniture, bath fixtures, etc. The place next door for dinner was awesome. (Quivey's) I thought the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

The room was nice but after we checked in we found out the hot tub was broken and the kids did not have a slide. We picked this hotel because it had a place for our kids to play and we could relax. The kids did play but we could not relax. We did not uae the pool area as much because of this. Very disapointing.
They have a second pool with water park features. Very fun! Also, they let us have late check out, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is primarily a hotel companion for a wedding venue, so it is normally busy during the end of the week and active wedding times. We arrived on a Sunday and it was really quiet and very few guests. We normally stay nearby in another hotel, but with the vacancy it gave us the opportunity to compare. We now have two good and equal options for staying in the area.
The lady who checked me in was very friendly. I did not like that the shower drainage was clogged. We only stayed one night so I did not bother to call for service. Breakfast was not fresh.
Really nice hotel! We love our room and breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect.
