With the pictures posted on the website you feel like you’re getting one of the cabins that’s waterfront. That was my fault for not reading between the lines. It’s like a bait and switch on the room. The room was clean but the decor is outdated and the furnishings in the room need to be steam cleaned. I would say the furnishings were dirty. The AC was cold. Another thing I found unsettling was that you don’t have a way to lock the door inside the room. The deadbolt in my room did not work.

We didn’t even stay - it felt unsafe. No outside lighting, lights inside didn’t all work, smelled bad, dumpster was overflowing in the parking lot. Awful place!

Property is run down, but price reflected it. Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, has to call staff to get our fridge working. But the views and lake access were great. Also enjoyed my little porch on my room.

Book this place thinking I was getting a cabin turned out to be a room. The area was very dark and felt unsafe at night. When I entered the room none of the lights worked except for the bathroom light and the tv was on. It was about midnight when we got there and we instantly left to find another place to stay.

Everything was broken. All lampshades were broken and falling off. Many outlet covers were broken and the outlet did not work. TV got zero stations. Tub had two holes in it, and the balcony seemed like if may fall to the ground. Siding of the building was in awful condition and was rotting everywhere. Amenities. That wee listed were non existent— no arcade, and no waterpark passes.

Staff- friendly and helpful Location- great location, near the highway, close to town lots of stores and restaurants, beach/lake access very close to hotel with mackinaw bridge view 5/5 from the shore, pool available in middle of parking lot (didnt use pool, looked okay) Cleanliness well was okay but could be better , mattress was clean no bugs on mattress its self headboard and base very dirty (i took a wipe to it and the dust that came off of it was gross) lots of spider webs in and around the whole room, in lamps and on the picture frames, ceiling, windows, you name it, spider webs even on the shower curtain, (i carry wipes and disinfectant spray with me everywhere so i took care of this myself, sadly but for my piece of mind) refrigerator was clean but had drinks in already open(guessing they didnt throw anything out from last person who stayed)

Not what was pictured at all.

The hotel was not pictured correctly on Hotels app. The room is awful. Small fridge. No microwave which may not have said. Not updated in probably 30 years. Barely any parking. One lamp didn’t work. All outlets were taken for their equipment. Smells nasty had to take allergy pills. Has wall heating that was throwing out heat AC in wall on all night. Bed was soooo HARD. Stand up shower. Uses regular key for doors could barely dead bolt the door. Internet went out couldn’t get it to come back on for my tablet. Very disappointed with this “Inn”. I feel even though it was a little over $100 that I didn’t get what I paid for because they have apparently only pictures of the cabin rooms not the regular rooms. Somewhat false advertising. Upon leaving this morning there was a worker outside the office and she then had the nerve to ask customers to not use all the ice. I’m sorry but no you ripped us off to begin with. I’m not normally this petty but this should’ve been a $50 room.

The only thing you’re paying for when you rent one of these rooms is the view and that’s only if you get a Lakeview room Our room was old and outdated. We had no working fridge the bathroom light did not work the cable was not working So basically, we paid for 2 inches of dust behind the 80s mattress mold and dirt in the bathroom Internet, and the view Our family paid to rent this room for 2 nights and was so disappointed we checked out after only 12 hours of being there and did not get anything refunded. Do you not recommend this place to anyone
