If you want to do nothing but sleep and watch TV, you might enjoy it. Even though they had a restaurant , it was not operating, no amenities at all but a small pool. The place was very clean & the bed was comfortable; however when you requested a handicap room, which we did not get, a bed 3’ off the ground & a tub that was very deep with one very tiny grab bar, it was dicey!

If you get “lucky” to be upgraded to the 4th floor you have to drag you suitcases up a flight of stairs. After an 8 hour flight and 5 hour drive it was not a welcome surprise. The black mold on the wall was part of the upgrade gift.

The hotel was kind of a maze and took a while to figure out. The controls for the jacuzzi jets didn’t work and there was a tv in the bathroom that didn’t work. The shower curtain was mounted to high and watch ran all over the floor. The balcony had a lot of cobwebs and the furniture was dirty. We had issues with people smoking out on the balcony and smoke bothering us and coming into our room when door was left open. Overall great location with a comfortable bed.

We stayed two nights. We had the two bedroom two bathroom rooms both nights the first night we stayed in room 106. Everything was wonderful. It was clean and very comfortable. Our second night was in room 237. The room was comfortable, however it had cleaning issues and the faucet in the back bedroom needs to be repaired. I reported the issues about the bathroom tub being dirty, and behind the beds when I went into plug in my phone, had not been cleaned in forever. In the morning, I reported the issues to the front desk manager. She extremely curt and downright rude. She explained to me that they are there 24 seven and I should have reported it when it was found. I explained we were already in pajamas and getting ready for bed when I noticed the excess dust behind the bed and I was already getting into the shower in the morning when I noticed the dirty footprints in the tub so I cleaned them myself. I just wanted them to know so that it could be fixed for the next customer again she was so rude no apology no thank you for letting her know. Just rude. on a positive note the workers in the breakfast room were wonderful. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We were traveling with our 94 year-old mother they more than once went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of and comfortable, to those employees thank you for all that you did during our stay. To the worker at the front desk, perhaps some Customer Service training would be helpful.

The manager at check-in was not friendly. She should not be working in the hospitality industry with that kind of attitude. However, the young girl who actually checked us in was patient and sweet. Good location, easy access to the ferry, easy parking. No variation in the breakfast selections for 4 days in a row. Room was small.
