Beautiful view and a close walk to a park along the Straits of Mackinac. Discount tickets for Shepler’s boat ride to the Island, and the hotel owner called for our shuttle. Very convenient. The furnishing and decor is pleasant.
Bridge view rooms not accessible for disabled people. There is a step to get up to a patio and into the room. The step is narrow and high. Difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Room was humid, and cold Bathroom floor was always damp.
Old, out dated, weird smell, very overpriced for what you get. Definitely will stay somewhere else nicer for the price point.
The room was clean and a great size for a family of 4!
The head staff cleaning lady was barking orders to the others and i was reminded of an evil abusive nun. There is no microwave or refrigerator. The breakfest is the worst ive had out of the three hotel stay vacays we did. For a really nice restaurant looking breakfast bar they could do better continental breakfast. The pool closes too early. Other than that it was a nice hotel but for what we paid we wanted what we have experienced at nicer hotels for 200 a night. Nice view of the bridge.
Great place. Little expensive, but one of the best in the area.
Clean room and a great view! The room looked like it had been recently upgraded/renovated.
Central location to Island, bridge views and surrounding areas was great. Ample parking. Staff only came when you buzzed their apartment. Not overly knowledgeable but tried. Breakfast staff was good one day and the next was a different person and was horrible. Selection was so so but not everyone eats biscuits and gravy. Glad for the Hard boiled eggs.
Very clean and accommodating, great breakfast and owner was very helpful assisting in info for area attractions!
Really small but clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to the water, short walk to the ferry and downtown area (no more than 15 mins), nice size pool with attached game room (pool, air hockey, etc), reasonable priced.
The staff were very accommodating. The only negitive thing is the breakfest was not good very limited .
