It’s an old property. Can hear neighboring rooms, a/c didn’t work well and was loud, room smelled musty. It was inexpensive and ok just to sleep a night or two. It did appear to be clean and the location is fantastic for walking to everything. I probably would not stay here again though.

It was very convenient to walk to downtown for ice cream and food, but the rooms are very outdated and smelt very musty the entire weekend. We left the door open a couple hours a day to try and get fresh air in the room but it didn’t help much.

Best parts were the location for shopping and eating downtown and was pretty clean. The rest not the best. Tv was small, no microwave, no body wash, had to plug my phone across the room as the clock that you could plug into did not work for that. Also didnt like that you had to pry the handle to dead bolt the door. Lastly no contentinal breakfast.

The Court Plaza Inn & Suite was nicely maintained. Our room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Its location was great. We were a close walk to the restaurants, shops, and the ferry. I would recommend this place!

Don't stay here.

Rooms are small and crowded with furniture. Reserved a queen room in order to gain some floor space but got a double queen instead. Checked out after a 2 night stay and the bill was $392 and change. Credit card statement showed I was charged an additional $72. I don't know why as a couple in our 70's we were certainly not rowdy and left the room in the same shape as we found it. I consider this place a rip off.
