The gentleman at the desk (presumed to be the owner or manager) was so helpful and pleasant, and was always immediately available to answer any questions we had. Our room was clean and up-to-date. Great location to walk just about anywhere in Mackinaw City. We had a good stay here, and will come again!
Very tiny room that has seen better days. Location was excellent. Staff was nice.
We really liked the location. Everything was in walking distance. The only negative about out visit was small item that are easily remedied.( ie. peeling wallpaper in shower area and missing light fixture knob.)
I was able to get a great deal on a queen room. I ended up getting 2 queen beds, which was fine. The room was HUGE!! It was located on the west end of the property (in building where the pool is). It looked recently renovated and smell nice when we arrived. The room could use some artwork on the walls, as all the walls were bare, but no big deal. There was a large wet spot in front of the closet, not sure if the previous tenant had spilled water, or if the cleaning staff had just shampooed a spill on the rug? Either way, you couldn't SEE the spot, but it was definitely quite damp and there was no smell or anything. Just clean sanitized smell. It didn't get in our way, as we were only there overnight and had no use for the closet. Our fridge was unplugged and turned off when we arrived, but we plugged it back in and it quickly came to temp. The beds had nice bedspreads on them. and the sheets smelled nice. The mattresses were quite comfortable. Mostly, I booked this room because it was right on the main drag and close to everything. You could literally walk anywhere in town. I would definitely stay here again!
