Room was clean. Definitely older rooms but it was clean. Bring your own pillows, the pillows where all horrible in our room. Breakfast was simple - eggs, pancakes ect. However the women working there was horrible. Extremely rude to every person. Front desk staff was great at check in, pool is great. Close to town.

Good experience over all

Stay was great, room was clean. Had little interaction with the staff, but they were helpful when I did. The only complaint was that the full sized bottles of shampoo and body wash that were hanging in the shower were empty. I had to get out wet and go out of the bathroom to get the little sample bottles

Our room was clean. The linens were crisp. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. Nice size LG TV. We enjoyed a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat, pancakes, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, various breads, coffee and juices. The hotel contacted us regarding our ETA to advise there might be a slight delay accessing a room. We were settled in within an hour of our arrival. The entire staff deserves credit for making our stay an enjoyable experience. TY!

The suite was very nice and roomy. The balcony was great, with a great view over the bay and the sunrise. The only issue was a subpar (by Best Western standards) breakfast bar.

Room was lovely with a wonderful lakeview. The sheets on one of the beds had stains, but seemed clean. Breakfast was large, but unimpressive. Coffe mate creamer👎. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We will be back.
