Staff at hotel was wonderful. Room had been recently remodeled and was excellent. Very close to Luton airport. Internet not working during my stay but hopefully will for you Would stay here again.
This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Although the location is very suitable and close to bus and train line, the employees gives this hotel a bad name. They are very very rude, is either they are forced to work there as a punishment or they do not want work. I have never had such a gruesome ...

This is our second booking at this hotel, one year apart. Exact same problem happened both times. Staff at the check in desk somehow do not recognize that room is paid in advance through Orbitz and demand payment. Last time my unsuspecting spouse paid it over and then we had to have an extended fight ...
Was not quite like advertised. Closer to a Hostle than a hotel. Staff was very nice and happy to serve though.

Directions on their website incorrect - you have to walk the last part of the journey after having parked in a public open car park
