A clean, modern, quiet and comfortable hotel. Very pleasant stay after a returning on a late flight. Free late check out and free buffet breakfast. Shame about the parking charge of £8 but this was the only negative. Great coffee shop in a converted cargo container outside.

Perfect for a night stay before an early flight. Short walk to airport or 5 minutes in taxi. Decent food in bar area and friendly staff. Rooms where quiet, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was available early hours of the morning so we could get something to eat before we had to leave for our flight.

I booked an accessible room. The bed was ridiculously high! I mentioned it to a member of staff who told me the mattress was deeper than other rooms. They never offered to swap us. Thankfully my partner managed, but he is strong. Others may not cope so well. Utterly rodiculous! Good breakfast, convenient location, ugly surroundings.

I arrived about 8.00 pm for a brief stop before flying out of Luton. The bar staff were freindly and fairly prompt and the bar area w2as small but clean. The thing I liked was that you can get breakfast as early as 4.00am which is extremely useful if you are flying early

I have stayed in Hampton by Hiltons before and always found them excellent value. This one at Luton Airport was no exception. Very good accommodation and courteous and helpful staff. It was one night only because of connecting flights but would certainly recommend it.

The location from the airport and very close walk to the train station (less than a minute) was excellent. However, getting the bus there from the airport was a nightmare. No one seemed to know which bus to get - meaning an hour and a half waiting around. For anyone in the future, you need the Arriva bus ‘A’ from stand H. It costs £1.60. Although the hotel could make this clearer on their website, it wasn’t solely their fault. The rooms were clean and comfortable - no train or planes could be heard. The breakfast included was great. Super selection and all fresh. However, I would strongly recommend against ordering lunch or dinner at the hotel. We had to return the kids meals, as they were microwaved for so long that I had to snap the sausages into pieces as a knife wouldn’t cut them. After agreeing on chicken nuggets instead, the waiter returned 5 minutes later to say they had no chicken nuggets. The compensation was an offer of 1 scoop of free ice cream. The food ordered for the adults was just reheated frozen food and nowhere near worth the price (£12.95 a plate). Sadly, this is the last thing you want to deal with at 830pm with two young children who have been travelling for most of the day.

1 night stopover before an early flight. Room not a bad size, clean and comfortable . No outside noise so room well sound proofed. Had an evening meal in the restaurant. It was OK and not bad value for money. Drinks were expensive. I think £6.50 for a glass of wine. Left early so only continental breakfast on offer. Good choices however and great that they put something on so early in the morning. Right next to Luton Parkway train station. Bus to airport from atop opposite. Took around 10 minutes early in the morning.

First impressions count. I’m a wheelchair user. Everything from car park to Reception is level. Auto doors. Dropped desk. Check in was slow, additional info required about my mobility in case of emergency. But is important health & safety. Room large. Great accessible bathroom. It’s next to Luton Parkway Station, so it’s neither in town or at the airport. One odd thing. Bed is on a platform which protruded into the room beyond the mattress by 9”. Trip hazard. Bed is very low. Difficult to get up from

A quick trip from Airport. London on your doorstep with the station a few minutes walk away and all night services to and from the capital. Round the clock service with extremely friendly and efficient staff.

Excellent Hotel and location next to the train station. It was wonderful to be at a hotel with air conditioning, especially when there is a rare heat wave going on in England. The hotel was immaculate and the staff very helpful.
