We provide all you desire: a 50" Roku TV, fast WIFI with workspace, W/D in-unit, top grain leather couch, high-quality KING-sized bed, white noise, soft throws, soaking vintage tub, and fully stocked kitchenette with coffee & waffles. Our place is 4 min to TECH, hospitals, dining, and shopping. Pack your bags and get away to a taste of Africa in Lubbock!
The space: Historic 1958 Ranch House with three units.
You enter the house through a covered porch and direct entrance. There is a small table and chairs on the porch, for guests enjoyment.
The living room has a kitchenette and fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 50” ROKU tv.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
