Nightmare On Galleria Street!

I was consistently waken up to doors slamming at all hours of the day! vagrants camping out in the parking lot, seemingly from sun up to sun down, what appeared to be illegal drug activity could have played a roll in the malarkey! Just an overall undesirable experience!

The hotel is very nice and clean and feels new. The rooms were spacious and clean. While there was one staff member that seemed a bit unprofessional, the other staff was very nice. I will return.

The check in process was horrible! I had a reservation and it still took about 45 minutes to get my room key! Oh and no one else was checking in! They gave us 1 set of towels and no hand towel was included.
