Our stay at the hotel from the breakfast, to the staff was excellent, however there were a few maintenance issues with our room for the high cost. Our TV did not turn off, stayed on a blue screen and at times would not turn on. Staff was made aware first day of our stay. Attempted solution, however issue was not resolved during our stay. Also our shower faucet leaked and sprayed over the glass wall so anyone else in bathroom got soaked along with the floor and our heater was set at 73 and was still blowing cold air.

This is by far the best Towneplace suites I have stayed across the U.S. super clean property, super friendly and helpful staff, great location good quality breakfast (cage free eggs and more). I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

Traffic noisy was HORRIBLE!! Loud vehicles all night long. We stayed in a king handicap room, not that we needed it, only room available for our room type. The bed was literally only 2 foot high and not that comfortable. The toilet was about as low, not even handicap height. If a person in a wheelchair stayed in this room they would have a hard time using both of these. It was a horrible room. It was on the W. Jefferson Ave side.

I worked really hard to get all the hotel rooms in other teammates names and called and even talked to Simone and front desk to let them know that there were 2 rooms where there would only be someone in the room on the 2nd night, but both rooms were cancelled. Simone was able to refund 3 of the 4 nights, but definitely inconvenient when we are trying to find a place for 3 people at 10:30 at night after a long day at the show. I was pretty frustrated as the people that were put out were pretty upset to get there and not have rooms even though I had a key to one of them. I thought I did everything needed to communicate that we were willing to pay for ONE night when nobody was there. Maybe next time I will work to cancel the first night. Simone did what she could and I appreciate it. But was hard looking at coworkers that was upset when I had done everything to make it communicated to hotel.
