Germantown at its best!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Caldwell. House had everything we needed and then some!!! Back porch was very relaxing and enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels. Neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We were able to walk to a restaurant at the end of the block and also close to many other things. Definitely recommend this place!!!

The Peaceful Caldwell

The Caldwell was in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything that we needed to make our stay stress free. There is a small restaurant, literally half a block away, called Hammerheads. The restaurant staff is wonderful and the food top notch. Our stay was perfect.

This place was fantastic! It was clean, the shower had decent pressure, having the BBQ was nice, the kids loved having the backyard and the air hockey table. About the only negative was it said there was a desk, chair and monitor, but couldn't see one. I used the bench in the laundry but not ideal.

My family and I stayed for just one night. The house was clean and very nice. The location was great for us because it was very close to the event we were attending. The host communicated very well and did his best to accommodate us. We would absolutely stay again.
