I paid about $50 per night and I feel this is appropriate for what it is. It has difficult parking and is kind of a long walk to get into. There was a blow up mattress but no additional bedding or pillows. There was an empty bag of laundry detergent. I know it is not required but there was a good washer and dryer combo. This is perfect for a game at the KFC basketball arena next door if that is what you are doing.

Cute little loft and excellent neighborhood
The loft itself was perfect for what we needed. Nicely appointed, clean, excellent location, however we wish that we would have been informed before booking regarding the parking. There is no free parking in this neighborhood and we weren't notified of that until after we had already booked and paid. Other than that, the host was great and as I said, the loft was exactly what we needed!
