Located in the back of the prestigious Persimmon Ridge golf course community, our house is a private getaway with scenic views of the large pond behind the house. On any given day, you’ll likely spot deer grazing in the fields, eagles looking for fish in the pond, along with other wildlife which you have plenty of patio space to view from. This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Louisville. This cozy property offers a tranquil retreat for guests. With 3 beds, several reclining couches, and a blow-up queen mattress, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The 3 full bathrooms have all the amenities you will need (including hair dryers) for added convenience. You'll also find amenities like an iron, washing machine + dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating. This property is a 15 min. drive to Valhalla and a 30 min. drive to Churchill Downs.
