Understaffed. 1.5 hours just to check in. Breakfast sometimes ready on time, sometimes not. Housekeeping was sporadic and they lacked necessary items (eg, soap, coffee, nondairy creamer). Printer didn’t work and computer’s browser was from the 90s. The staff did their very best, but there are underlying systemic problems that are not being managed. Seemed like no training for quality control.
Although the breakfast was great (variety of cold and hot foods), disposable everything for breakfast rather than real washable reusables - which not only is eco friendly but is also more satisfying eating/drinking experience.
The bed was not very comfortable. We checked out early because we couldn't sleep in the bed.
Room was super cramped
I was not able to check in due to a family emergency. When I called the hotel to cancel the booking, they had no record of it and referred me to Orbitz and I have had no success dealing with the virtual agent.
It was within walking distance to the KICC center
Our stay was wonderful speedy service everyone was kind and attentive
Great location. Nice quiet room, I thought I would hear street noise but I didn’t. Great breakfast.

Hotel is in downtown Louisville. So expect city traffic. Google maps did not do a good job of getting us to the hotel. So I called the hotel. The place was very nice. Had a great continental breakfast. It lives up to the Marriott name
It was nice that it was so close to 4th street. It was a clean hotel and staff was nice. Breakfast was great.
The hotel is in walking distance of almost everything downtown. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.. the only negative thing I could think of is that Saturday night I guess both hotels where booked up because there was no parking spaces left in the garage outside the property people where parking anywhere the could fine a space on the lot
