Good. No problems. Having a van to transport me to a meeting across town and bring me back to the hotel was totally unexpected and it was a nice touch.
Hospitable staff, perfect location for Ironman weekend. With the price I paid, parking should have been included.
Great hotel and location. Hotel was clean and close to the hospital. Had complimentary breakfast
Hotel was great, exactly what is expected! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Louisville.
Great location for visiting sites and touring Louisville. Although older hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast selections and very safe area. Was pleased with stay and would love to visit again.
The staff was great! Unfortunately, the parking garage was full when we arrived and we had to park about a block and a half away which wasn't a huge deal, but was inconvenient especially since it was pouring down rain. We were pleasantly surprised that a shuttle ride was offered to us when we asked about calling a cab to go to 4th street for dinner. The room was large, comfy bed, and fairly clean. There was lipstick on one of the wash cloths, but it looked like it was stained on. We just didn't use that towel. Everything else was clean.
The Wife, three kids, and I drove in from Michigan. The hotel was sufficient however I must mark it down for two things: bathroom and hot tub. There are no exhaust fans/vents in the bathrooms so taking a shower is like being in the middle of a rain forest. Everything is wet! It only takes one shower to experience this and there were 5 of us. While there is a swimming pool, there is no hot tub. The spouse and I always look forward to that after a long day of driving and walking. Everything else was fine. Nothing spectacular and another ordinary hotel stay. Being downtown was a bit nice as everything was within walking or short cab distance.
We were happy with the room, location and breakfast offered to us. Would stay again!
good, room service missed my room on my last night. it happens...
Perfect location to walk to every thing. Fourth Street Live, Food, Louisville Slugger Museum, and the Baseball Field for the Bats. wonderful weekend.
The hotel was very nice the staff was pleasant except for the night& checkout attendee at the front desk. We had an awful experience with that other than that I would stay again.
This hotel is very nice. Nice location, friendly staff and clean room. Overall, the hotel delivers what they mean too. The only problem are the towels. Ours looked like sandpapers...
Pros: Room was clean, nice view. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great location. We were able to walk to "Against the Grain" and "Gordon Biersch" in under 10 min. Also close walk to the river. Standard hotel breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, pastries ect.) Cons: No free parking!!! 12 dollars a night to park your car. Room was very cold. The thermostat shows a wheel as if you can adjust the temperature but really you can only adjust the rate of the fan (high, medium, low and off). The tv sound went in and out. No mini fridge, although if you leave the air on long enough the room itself could serve as one giant mini fridge. :p
Close to downtown, walk to many attractions and companies.
good clean friendly staff with in walking distance of yum center
A comfortable, restful oasis in a good location for downtown access.
Good location, reasonable price, clean rooms, average amenities, friendly and helpful staff
For the price and location alone it was worth every penny! Very pleasant experience and stay. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was there was not enough parking. They ran out of spots and we had to get moved to the overflow lot.
Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent and definitely more than adequate for the one night I stayed for a job interview in town. Close to everything downtown. Thanks for a great stay!
Very nice stay. Nice room and friendly staff. Walking distance to the concert at the KFC Yum Center and all the local hot spots.
