The service desk were very helpful and overall nice people, but cleaning services just skipped some serious steps. Found old food in fridge and an old sock my the tv. I will certainly never stay there.
It was an ok room. Clean. Staff was friendly. Good value
The room smelled. The window looked like it was going fall out. The chairs were stained. The beds were uncomfortable. Could ony get about 7 channels.
Continental Breakfast was disappointing. Small offerings, limited selection. Very noisy hotel. Could hear other guests talking, walking, etc. in the middle of the night. I give it 3 stars for being clean and having a comfortable bed. Check in agent advised that there was HBO in the room, there was not. There were no agents at the desk, they were in a back room. So you have to yell to get someone to come out. When I arrived the door was locked so I had to wait for someone to come from the back room to let me in. It was cold.

This was an excellent location if you need to be close to the Expo Center. Room was fine. However, the smell of other guests/owner cooking their food wafted through the halls and was not always pleasant. And only dogs under 40 jpounds were allowed. And even with the Great Dane National dog show going on, the rules were not relaxed. This made it uncomfortable on us, since the area experienced a heat wave while we were there to show our Danes. Also very close to many reasonalbe restaurants and parks. And the highways.
