The surrounding area has plenty of restaurant options. The facility is new and clean. The staff is friendly and there is a nice little restaurant within. We could have used more of a kitchen for our stay, but no complaints.

Planning on coming next year. Only down side was no free breakfast.

Staff as friendly upon check in. Room was clean and kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again on future trips to the area!

I stayed in the Marriot courtyard for 4 nights. Ian was friendly and made delicious food. I loved his energy and passion for service as well as food.

Had all shops and was very convenient. The hotel staff were ver friendly

I enjoyed everything about the Courtyard , no complaints .

This hotel is a dream if you're looking for a quiet place to unwind, or a place for a business meeting.

My brother booked this and paid $90. We booked and paid $144. Not a $144. value. Pool was fun but did have to request towels to be delivered to pool area.

Located around many areas needed during a long weekend, Panera, Meijer, BW3's, etc... Comfortable rooms, spacious shower and bath. Very clean. Would stay again!

The hotel had a great vibe and I loved the cafe, market, media pods in the lobby. My only criticism is the towels were very small and thin and I expected a better quality for a hotel of this caliber.

The room was clean and adequate. However, there was no microwave or refrigerator in room. Our stay was 3 nights. Each night we were awakened by excessive noise. Upon checking out we were asked how our stay was and we responded with "noisy". The staff member acknowledged that there had been people kicked out out for excessive noise. We were offered a bag of chips as compensation for our inconvenience. We will not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for a family birthday. The location and staff were great and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The only downside was that we could hear our neighbors in the room next to us, from conversations during the day to snoring during the night. Otherwise it was a great value.

There was several rooms of us with our kids for New Years. Check in was easy, they didnt show that we had purchased breakfast but without any other questions they gave us breakfast vouchers. The room was clean we had a fridge and microwave, although the other two rooms in our party didnt have either. We spent the afternoon at the pool and the fitness center which were very clean and nice. We had a restful sleep with 5 pillows on our queen bed! Breakfast was nice fruit, hashbrowns, cereal, sausage, bacon, waffles and cooked to order eggs. Staff was friendly and everytime we went in and out they asked how things were going and if there was anything they could do!

Person at front desk was very helpful and professional. Room around hotel for my daughter and me to jog. Lots of quality options for dinner. Didn't ry the morning breakfast at the hotel, as it seemed pricey ($10 each) for the offerings.

Crew was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

Prompt efficient service. clean nicely furnished rooms

This Courtyard was generally clean and the staff friendly. Bathroom in my room smelled a little musty and could have used a good cleaning. Bed was fine. Old style wall unit for heating/AC kept fan on all the time. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast buffet really isn't any better than the free one next door at the Residence Inn. There were a gazillion kids in the hotel this weekend yet they were well-behaved. The breakfast staff was shutting down the buffet with people still in line (taking longer due to all the kids around) which was not appreciated. Everything in the room generally worked as it should. Card locks on exterior and laundry room doors were problematic. Reasonably priced guest laundry was appreciated. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I wish there was more attention to keeping the rooms clean and fresh and things working. Also, the staff should not have begun to take down the breaklast line with people still in line. Tacky! I am also not pleased that they jacked up rates around the Kentucky Derby week.

Geat location, Everthing is close by.

I am not a traveler but, if I ever need a hotel stay I will always stick to the Courtyard Marriot! This was not my first hotel experience but hopefully, will be my only place to stay when I travel from now on.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Pool was small, but clean. Convenient to freeway.
