There were many small problems with the room. One was that a piece of the carpet was missing and nails were sticking up. The property did have someone come by the next day to saw them, but they didn't vacuum the debris after. On the day before our last night the a/c stopped working, and the room was 75 degrees. The only option was to switch rooms at 2pm, but we were in town for an event and couldn't. That night the rrom was 78 degrees, even with an extra fan. The property said they couldn't do anything and to contact Expedia. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel.

The staff, especially the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very quiet facility. I'm not sure there was much I didn't like other than maybe not much selection on non-caffeinated, non-sweetened sparkling water. ;-)

Stay was convenient. It’s was clean but maid service only came through twice in our fave day stay. We had to request clean towels. Breakfast was every day but the only thing really good was the waffles and maybe the premade waffles. Walls were thin you could hear others above you and the bed was hard as a rock.

I didn't love the area around this hotel, but the hotel itself was so clean and the staff so friendly. Breakfast was very nice and they even had snacks some afternoons we returned. We liked the Taco place on the corner too.
