The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice stay. Very easy instructions to access to the room. Perfect location for walking and exploring the city. This was our second time staying and will definitely come back next time we are in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room was clean. Didn't know I needed to supply my own tissues. The noise from the street Thursday and Friday nights was horrific. Cars and or motorcycles squealed and roared at bedtime. I called the police complaint line because there are a lot of people living in that neighborhood. Also, the toilet stool is wobbly.

I don’t know! Expedia said The Hancock House was Pet Friendly. I called for 3 days to verify and got no response from Hancock House or Expedia. We could not get our access code until 30 minutes before check in. This is when we found out they are NOT pet friendly. We were going to Louisville to be with my niece who was having brain surgery the next day. We had to find another place to stay last minute. We never went to Hancock House or stay any nights! We are still trying to get our money back. It’s been over a week and no response at all. We’ve turned it over to our credit card company. I would never suggest to stay there.
