This house is an amazing oasis in the middle of the Melrose corridor of LA. When you're inside the walls of the property, the hustle and bustle of the outside world fades away. The three yards are intimate and beautifully landscaped - especially the area outside of the master bedroom with the large water feature. This house is perfect for two couples - two very comfortable bedrooms with nicely appointed full baths. The high ceilings in the great room remind me of one of the ultra luxury suites in the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The kitchen contains everything you need for a short weekend stay or a multi-week extended experience. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly professional, welcoming and responsive. Overall, our experience was one of the best in the 10 years that we have been renting high end VRBO homes. Lastly, from this house, you can walk to everything - restaurants, shopping, Beverly Hills . . . and it is a very short ride to the Sunset strip with all of the clubs. You can't go wrong with this place!

Exceeded my Expectations!

First things first, I was teary on my drive home because I didn't want to leave. Chuck's home far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, modern, immaculately clean and was better stocked than my own kitchen. The perfect set up if you are having a quiet dinner at home or friends over for a BBQ. It was like staying at a fabulous hotel but yet it felt like home. The outdoor spaces made everything feel cozy, open and that much more special. Let's talk location. The neighborhood is charming and safe and everything is walking distance.. coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, work out studios, shopping...I had no trouble getting in my 12,000 steps a day and loved every minute. And even if you want to venture out in your car, whether it's getting to the beach or the Hollywood Bowl, it was easy. We had so much to explore but at the end of the day, coming home to this WeHo retreat was a dream. Chuck was always accessible when we had questions and gave us tons of great suggestions on where to eat and places to go. I was nervous because we were staying for a month and I wanted it to be a great experience and it was everything and more than I had hoped for...If I could give it more stars, I would! We can't wait to go back again and again....Thank you Chuck for making this a summer to remember ....

Melrose Stay

We enjoyed our stay here, quite relaxed and a great location for us. Air con was perfect although we only used it once for an hour or two, but if you really needed it, it is excellent! The place is as it shows in the pictures, there are enough towels and good soap! Overall, a great stay!

Perfect West Hollywood oasis

Beautiful home with relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Comfortable bed, high quality linens, all the kitchen tools you could want. With off-street parking, too! Owners were easy to communicate with and provided thorough, easy to follow, directions for arrival and departure. Will definitely return!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, ideally situated to enjoy walking to restaurants and shops, and uber all over LA. Everything- appliances, sound systems, interior decorating is tops. The owner is totally responsive to any concerns, and has a delightful set of people who tend to the house and garden while you are there. We are grateful renters!

The perfect getaway!

The description of this property is 100% accurate. It is stunning! Great location, walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. The interiors are beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of attention was given to every possible detail. The exterior grounds were fantastic as well! We loved spending time outside by the firepit each evening. The hosts were very communicative and had some fun suggestions for places to visit in the neighborhood. All in all, this ranks as one of our favorite vacation rentals. We absolutely loved it and hope to stay here again!

Perfect neighborhood. Fabulous home.

The listing for the house is extremely enticing. And it lives up to every photo and every review. The house is very private. The landscaping ensures, that no one is looking in your windows. Yet you are just a block away from Melrose with Fabulous, restaurants and shopping. We often come to West Hollywood and have always stayed at another listed home. However, that owner sold the house and we had to find a new home away from home. And we found it. Everything in the house is modern and well taken care of. They have provided everything down to cotton balls, and Q-tips. we did not have to scurry around buying salt and pepper and olive oil, and toilet paper and paper towels. They were all provided. The access to the house was clearly explained and easy for us. And yet it was extremely secure with locked gates and driveway. The outdoor fountain was a great white noise maker which made us feel like we were far away from a city. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend it. Both bedrooms have king beds, and are far enough apart to provide privacy to both. The closets are incredible. The skylights in the bathroom, create a great natural light so that it’s rarely necessary to turn on a light. There are windows and glass doors everywhere. it’s really beautiful. And the owners were just a text away and always responded immediately when I had a question.

Great location

We were at the house for four weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is well furnished with comfortable beds and stocked with most of the daily needs. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and short distances to most places we wanted to visit. A very practical bonus is the parking space behind the garage gate. Interaction with Chuck was easy and quick. We would rent this house again as we have only good memories of our stay.

Incredible Stay!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was the most perfect place and location. The house is in immaculate shape, and had everything we could have needed available for us. The gated driveway was awesome. The outside space really made the stay perfect - the outside sectional couch at the fire pit, the grill and dining table and the water feature too! The hosts were super helpful and communicative, and the check-in & check-out process was very easy! Will absolutely stay here again sometime soon!
