The hotel is SO charming. Beautiful attention to details with the decor. Very European vibe. Room is small, but is comfortable and has everything you need (nice extras like a soft robe). The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would stay there again when visiting the area. You also cannot beat the location.

Hotel Lili is a lovely small boutique hotel. It’s charming. However note 2 things- they do offer coffee in the am in the lobby but no food- just.cookies. Also the pool is not on the actual premises. It is close by at a sister property. The location is fairly convenient- about a 10 minute walk to Rodeo drive etc with restaurants and shops. They have an outdoor parking lot that is $50/day so be sure to add that to your budget.

Niko was extremely helpful at check in and check out. The room was small but for just two of us we didn’t need a lot of space. It seems like an old building but they’ve recent renovated it and it was quite nice. It is a small hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or gym or anything but they offer simple coffee in the morning and room service and some lemonade and cookies at other times in the day. Honestly I felt like it was perfect for our stay since we didn’t expect to use our hotel as our main entertainment. The bed was comfortable and it was a quite spot, especially considering it’s close proximity to desirable Beverly Hills destinations.

Unfortunately they said at the desk that they were working out some kinks. The television and the coffee maker did not work at all. And the desk said they didn’t have anyone to look at it for us. And lastly, there was no breakfast service when we woke up bc there wasn’t a chef on duty. I don’t understand how they didn’t have food service on a Sunday morning. It’s an adorable hotel. It was just a bummer to pay so much when we missed out on so much A Markle

Great staff, but underwhelming property. Small rooms with no proper closet space. Very noisy, and very dated A/C, making it impossible to sleep with it on due to noise. Bad table design, with no access to power outlets. Table is too large for such a small room. Coffee machine is located in a dark area and too fancy to figure out how to operate it. In summary, depending on the times, it may be too expensive for what you are getting in return.

There’s lots to like about this renovated property. It’s very tastefully done in a prime neighborhood. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The primary one is that the maid started cleaning the room before I had checked out. I came back from breakfast at 10:20 and despite my bags and laptop and shaving kit all being out, had sorted to throw things away - including my daughter’s bridal bouquet and and mostly full box of $50 Rodeo Drive chocolates. The other problem is that the shower door is hung on the wrong (right) side, leaving only six inches clearance and impossible to get in unless you’re some kind of contortionist. The AC is also weak/weird and never cooled the room well, plus the high end coffee maker is a challenge to figure out and there was no whitener or milk. The management were very apologetic and credited back the parking (not sure I believe them anyways about not being allowed overnight on that street), but really, in decades of professional and personal travel, I’ve never experienced anything like this, let alone at a high end property.

Called ahead of check in and verified arrival time. Guy who seemed to be a contractor or? Not in uniform, wearing a dirty shirt greeted me after ringing the bell and waiting - checked me in - was off. Sent to a room he told me was ready for me. Someone was in that room?! Clothing around, personal items, toiletries, unmade bed. Gave me a start - and was grossed out - back to desk - guy in dirty shirt just kinds shrugged shoulders and said they upgraded me to a "MUCH bigger room" it was a handicapped access room - so the shower was bigger. They offer a glass of bubbly on arrival - I asked for 2 as I was staying alone BUT paying full price for the room - I asked and he just acted like he didn't understand me. He said "If you give us a good review we'll give you a free drink" What?! Like before I even leave to get it now? ODD - - - I hope they step it up soon.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was honestly pretty unimpressed with my stay. The property is clearly an older building that’s been renovated, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. It felt more outdated than charming. Parking was a bit stressful since it’s on a very busy street. I was lucky enough to find one temporary metered spot to check in, but I’d recommend going straight to their adjacent parking lot to save time. $50 overnight On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, that was one of the few highlights. The elevator was extremely small, old, and honestly a bit unsettling. You have to manually open and close the door, and it gave off a very eerie vibe. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom was even tighter. The shower felt especially cramped and uncomfortable, and the door only opens from the inside. When I tried to open it outward, it got stuck, which could be a real issue for anyone who is claustrophobic. Noise was also a problem. I could clearly hear the people in the room next door, including full conversations. I’d definitely avoid staying near the elevator if possible, as that added to the noise. The location is really the main perk, and there appeared to be a cute bar on-site, although it was empty during my visit. Overall, I was disappointed. I’ve stayed at other Pali Society properties and had much better experiences, so this one didn’t live up to expectations.
