Everyone on staff friendly and helpful

Friendly, White glove service with sincerity; spacious rooms with very tasteful decor; the staff goes the extra mile.

Well maintained 5 star property. Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Gym is ok, a little small. Parking as expected is quite expensive.

The property is first rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large, spacious and well maintained. The only slight complaint was that I found a silver fish in the bathroom. But otherwise the room was clean and well maintained. This is a 5 star property.

Excellent hotel with wonderful and very helpful staff who take really good care of you!

Fabulous. Concierge is excellent. Staff is wonderful. The property and rooms are spacious and exceedingly well manicured. Gotta do the house cars for drop off. The only thing that got to be a little much is the number of people asking whether they could do anything for us. Other than that a wonderful experience. For location and comfort definitely worth cost. Not as iconic nor as high in the air as other hotels in the area (not sonething they can help) may be the only question I would have if booking in the area.

Top notch--had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula.

First time in the Península and it met all expectations! The Service and the staff are amazing! Specially the concierge who solved and arranged everything I needed to help me have a less busy and more relaxed stay in LA.

beautiful hotel unfortunately under construction at the moment

Great location. Fantastic services! Would like to recommend to other people :)

This hotel is above and beyond !!!! The location, the staff ... I can't wait to return!!!!

Perfect service, perfect location, gorgeous hotel grounds and immaculate rooms. Loved every minute of our stay!!!

We usually stay in the Marina at the Ritz but decided to go into Beverly Hills this time. I think The Peninsula is more about the "whos who" than the actual luxury. The staff, however, is extremely nice and the location to shopping and restaurants is great, but the pool and fitness area are extremely small and can get very crowded.

The concierge staff is not very knowledgeable, they are very nice but have not clue

Greate location, hotel and staff. Will definitely come back!
