The staff was friendly, great location. Only negatives was the elevator was extremely slow and the drain in the shower wouldnā€™t drain fast enough. Showered in about 2ā€ of water on my feet.

I will start with the positive as the location was superb. It was convenient to pretty much everything Beverly Hills that was walkable. The initial check in was ok. I wanted to split the costs with 2 cards and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Ok, nevermind, I will put it all on one. Next, parking... you would have thought I was going through drills in high-school. But I finally got the key card to park. WARNING... FLAT RATE ACROSS THE STREET IS $30 PER DAY, THE HOTEL CHARGED ME $40 PER DAY! The room itself was ok, but the halls were overwhelming smelly with whatever their deoderizer was... it was suffocating and awful. And no coffee in the room. But the desk was quick to offer to make you a cup for $6. No thanks! No micro in the rooms. The fridge barely worked. Overall, I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend.

The Toilet broke and was fixed the next day. Kind of unpleasant, the refrigerator broke and was also fixed the next day. No coffee maker in the room=$6 in the lobby. The slowest elevator in the world. People asked if it was broken. The balcony had no furniture. Good location, low price. Nice people at the desk.

Beware! Absolutely terrible customer service. Iā€™m a local California resident. Needed to see a doctor in the area. I booked this room last min and accidentally put in the wrong date. I immediately called Expedia with less than a min. Expedia called the hotel. I called the hotel and the manager refused to change my date. Simple honest mistake for a local to be punished shows a lot about this hotel.

This charming little hotel was just steps from Rodeo Drive. Great location to everything. The rooms were clean, staff were attentive, and the bed was comfortable. Great price, great location. I will definitely be staying there again!
