Very nice place and gracious stuff. Highly recommended.

Hotel was ok. Some of the other guest were stranger. Overall it was a good experience

Only good thing is the location as everything else is old and outdated.

About the only thing I liked was the Smoking Area.

This hotel is a reasonable priced gem in the middle of Beverly Hills. It is an older hotel with some upgrades and a historic feel. The area is very walk-able to some very nice restaurants. I found my stay pleasant and will stay again.

Fun to sit outside and enjoy the people who stay there. Markus was a very pleasant employee and I liked to see the people who come in and out of the place.

If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills, this qualifies. The hotel is pretty cool, although very dated. It is evident that the rooms get very little maintenance other than clean sheets and bathroom cleanings. If you’re expecting a “nice” place to stay, you may be disappointed, but it worked perfectly for a cheap place to sleep.

Excellent location in Beverly Hills. The room bath and shower didn't work well. Cleanliness was so-so. Staff didn't help with luggage and no elevator.

I liked this hotel a lot. My room was clean and quiet, and WiFi worked well even though the staff said it might not. The place has the feel of a special, old hotel with a Spanish influence. Not everyone would like it however. My room does not have a private bathroom. The shared bathroom is across the hall. A microwave and refrigerator are available in a shared kitchen. The place isn't big, so I never had to wait for bathroom or kitchen use. There is no air conditioning. Most of the year this is not a problem, but on very hot summer days it would be. The room has a powerful ceiling fan. With open windows, that kept me comfortable.

Not handicapp accessible. I left because the staff would not help, ceiling was broken, place was dirty and I needed to find another hotel

a 70 year old building that has not been touched since: filthy, broken bath room, no soap, no shampoo, no mirror, no nothing. Whoever gave it a 2 rating must have been bribed. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Holes in ceilings, I was told over the phone from front desk staff, the only way I could book a room was online. No water available to purchase in the hotel, they don't provide shampoo, you have to bring your own, no phones on the room. I will spend more money to stay somewhere safe.

This hotel should be shut down! Cannot even call it a hotel, it was a thrift store being called a hotel. The pictures they show on their website are all fake! There was no AC in the room, all the windows were open, blinds broken, absolutely no privacy! There was no lock on the door! The worst reception lady "Gabriella" told us that its so safe hence no issue if the lock is broken, really?! The bathroom was broken, bathtub was old and dirty, there was someone else's used towel, the flush didn't work.. when asked she said if you want quality go to the other hotel. It was 0130 hrs at night, we had an international flight in the morning we were stuck! What a nightmare!! I've been using orbitz for over 12 years and never had such bad experience, booked it in a hurry, without reading the reviews. This so called hotel should be shut down!!!!

Soem paint an new carpet would go a long way in making this hotel more comfortable. Alos, bring oyur own shampoo.
