Good value given the location in Beverly Hills. Helpful and efficient staff.

Beautiful quiet and only place I will stay at when in the area

We were not sure if this hotel was just having an off weekend however our stay there was depressing at best.Room Seevice Food was left in the hallways for more than 24 hours. There’s an odd smell throughout the hotel. We were parking our own car in valet. And the staff felt awkward and almost obligated that they had to check us in and or check us out. The Decor was really nice however I feel that if this hotel doesn’t have a management change there’s no way It will survive.

Do yourself a favor and stick with a name brand hotel.

We had a great trip and it was nice to unwind at Mosaic! The urban bundle was nice and we got a bottle of water each day, use of wifi, and a drink on arrival. The pool was a bit small and lacked much sunlight, so we didn't use the pool. Our Uber cancelled on us at 500 am to make it to LAX and the concierge was nice to call us a taxi. It was quiet and clean. Great stay and trip!

Centrally located in BH, excellent staff, great bed, huge TV, very clean!

The hotel staff from valet..to front desk..to the bar and kitchen staff went over and above to make us feel comfortable. Coming from the east coast I wasn't sure how receptive the west coast/L.A. area would be and I can honestly say they were one of the most accomidating staffs I've ever encountered of all my stays at hotels/resorts. Hotel is very clean and modern. Room was also very clean and updated. Loved the pool side views.

Stayed there 3 days and had a wonderful time. Nice boutique hotel in an excellent location in Beverly hills, close to Rodeo dr, rests, coffee shops etc but in a quiet street and very convenient valet service. Room service was very efficient and food was quite good especially breakfast options (recommend granola&pancakes). All that at a reasonable price compared to the larger hotels in the same area. Certainly will come back.

I loved this hotel. Decided to splurge a little after staying in Venice beach for a few days. The staff was extremely friendly and Ashley was awesome and went over and above to make us feel comfortable. The pool area was cute and the restaurant and bar were spectacular. The food here was actually better than where we chose to go out for dinner. Close enough to all of the typically LA tourist attractions but also close to LA nightlife. I will be back!

Stayed in LA for business. Great hotel at an affordable price.

Great service from all employees. Handled all my requests with a smile!
