Excellent location. Amazing views. All as advertised consitent with our experience. Comfortable beds, clean linens, quality bath, showers, appliances, etc. Easy to work and communicate with host. Close walk to the Hollywood Blvd and the Hollywood Bowl. We were unaware that there was an apartment above us and experienced some noise after 10 the first night but after communicating with the owner didn't have any other issues.

This place is excellent. Looks even better in person than the pictures. Location was perfect. It is extremely clean and taken care of. The views were spectacular. I will be renting this place again.

Nice house for a group

Stayed a couple of nights to tour Hollywood sites , excellent proximity , highlight was walking distance to Yamashiro and 5 minute drive to universal studios . Hoyas was very clean and well appointed

Los Angeles Visit and Hollywood Bowl Siw

This venue was perfect! It provides spectacular views of Los Angeles and it allows you to easily walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. And a wonderful Japanese restaurant (Yamashiro Hollywood) was only 200 feet from the house. We had a great time. I will be back with my wife and kids! Thanks very very much!!

Great location!

Our group of four attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We walked there and back. So easy! Uber/Lyft an easy option to other attractions. Beds comfortable, view fantastic, good WiFi. Bring your own coffee and laundry detergent if needed, but plenty of other basic amenities.

Spacious Hollywood hills home. 1/2 mile from Chinese theater. Looks like it was recently remodeled. We loved our stay.

We loved this home !!!!

When we arrived, we were beyond pleased with the home and the views. The pictures online do not do this place justice. We had an amazing time and plenty of room for our family. We were all blown away with how beautiful and spacious this home was, being able to experience Hollywood and all the areas surrounding this home was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Los Angeles.

Wonderful accommodations and incredible views! We had a great time enjoying the balcony for sunrise breakfasts and evening relaxing after a busy day. Lilly was a great host and communication was great! Beautiful place and space for all of us to relax. Would recommend this to anyone!

Highly Recommend. This place does not disappoint

I would highly recommend this home. Very spacious, well maintained. The views were stunning from both balconies. The 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were great, as well as the full size washer & dryer. Communication was always quick if we had a question.

Beautiful place in fantastic location (close to Hollywood Bowl)

The place was everything we expected. Clean. Easy to get into. Updated interior and all the essentials. Great communication overall. And really perfect location if you are headed to the Hollywood Bowl for a performance!
