There was an issue with the room unable to get in due to the locks - had to wait for another room . Took a while so threw off my plans that were scheduled. They charged 50 dollars for a holding fee but, actually took out 196.00 off the card Engineers were great at trying to assist with a new room

The room was not clean when we checked in. The sofa had a large brown spot that I truly believe was poop. The carpet had a large 5 inch spot on the floor. It was gross to look at. The housekeeper came in to clean the spots and the poop came right up the the floor spot stayed. Im sorry but it was very disappointing for a hotel of this status did not see that before we came it. And they did not offer any compensation. I dont like to ask.

The housekeeping staff was great and the front desk service was very good. I had a problem with being asked by a recording by room service to leave a message twice. Because of some technical problems at the hotel there was no movie service available.
