The first thing I do when I get into the room is check the bed. The bed sheets had blood stains on them. I called down to the front desk to let them know. I got a new room, only to be woken up by someone banging on my door at 11:32 pm. Then hearing people outside my door having a loud conversation. I called down to the front desk again only to be placed on hold. Go somewhere else.

Room was clean and spacious. A bit worn, but clean! Parking lot seemed quite safe. Somebody dumped their trash outside their car, but it was cleaned up next time I came by. Staff was kind and helpful. I used online check-in, so getting my keys was a breeze. I had requested a room near the lobby or elevator due to my disability, but was top floor, at the far end of the hallway. (No way I could've done 4 flights of stairs in an emergency.) BUT, that was my own fault for not double checking the location when I arrived. (Note: apparently nobody reads the special request part when booking online.)

Check-in was fast and rooms was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was normal with sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruits, 2 type of cereals, milk etc. Housekeeping cleaning every other day, free parking and good convenience location. We enjoyed our hotel stayed.

After my checkout I received a text saying that my sheets and comforter had cigarette burns. I don't smoke so how was that possible. They charged me for it. The manager never call me after several requests to talk to him. It was very upsetting to get charged for something you didn't do.
