I was very disappointed by the gross coffee they served, it tasted like old used coffee grounds were in it and I had to spit it out. Room was clean and comfortable. I felt like most of the staff didn't care if customers were satisfied or not, except one gal at the front desk who was very polite when I checked in. $10 to just park in a huge outdoor lot is ridiculous. If you need a room and don't need any amenities like nice coffee in the morning, it's an okay place. I was afraid to eat anything due to the coffee so I don't know anything about the food.

The room was a good size, but there was too much light coming in from the outside The toilet had a tendency to keep running after flushed. The breakfast was not very good. It was not well stocked with utensils and coffee and food. It was difficult to find workers to replenish it. This is my 4th stay at the Palm Garden and the first that did not get a 5 star rating.

A check in Staff at night. It was very unprofessional.. had a glance the room looked very clean but walking around barefoot. My feet were very dirty as a result of a very dirty floor. I don't think they're cleaning the floor in the room. the cleaning service parked their cart in front of our room a lot, and held multiple very loud conversations with each other. There was plenty of space in front of the actual few rooms that they were cleaning. Our do not disburb sign was on and their noise level felt intended.

I love staying at this hotel as it’s usually immaculate and everybody is very kind. This time the bathroom had a strong urine smell. I believe the floors around the toilet might not have been cleaned as well as usual. This is the first time I’ve ever had anything negative to say and know that you will quickly address this. Thank you so much for your kind service.
